You have installed SKSE for Skyrim LE but you are running Skyrim SE. You need to install the correct version of SKSE.

The first error is because you are trying to use this: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/37481

And that mod is only for the Legendary Edition.  Comments indicate that for SE it is included with RaceMenu.

The EngineFixes.dll error has less useful information.  Might be the wrong version?

The other issue is probably that you have installed SSE Engine Fixes, which is a 2-Part mod. The second part needs to be downloaded and extracted MANUALLY (see installation guide on the mod's page). Had the same issue.
