Bought the CC upgrade and it broke my game

Simple as that, I finally caved in and bought the CC upgrade dlc on Steam, because I asked around and was told that since I'm on Skyrim AE anyways I might aswell buy it since it appaerently works okay. So I bought dlc, downloaded all the content, made sure to grab the CC content patch for USSEP and it sadly broke my game. Every single savegame is corrupted including every new one I make. Any idea what could be causing this? Is there some popular mod that's infamous for not working with CC content installed? Rn I'm unistalling my mods one by one hoping it fixes the problem, but so far nothing. Thanks for any advice.

Update in case anyone ever checks this out:

Uninstalled over 200 mods and it fixed the problem it seems. Now I just have to go through them one by one to find out which ones is incompatible with creation club content. Still, if you've experienced this problem before, let me know, maybe I have the same mod that was causing you trouble.

Yet another update:

The problem is back yet again. My game keeps getting corrupted and I have no idea what to do.

Having more than 254 standard .esp files in your load order can cause save corruption.  Uninstalling all of those mods may just have brought you to a total under that limit.  You could search on the Skyrim SE forum ( https://forums.nexusmods.com/forum/8877-skyrim-se/ ) for 'save corruption', 'corrupted saves', etc.  You have to join that forum (Game Community) to post there.

I am aware of the esp limit, I have 134 esps and 181 esls rn. And like I said the problem only occured when I bought and istalled the creation club content, which I'm pretty sure shouldn't be counted towards the total limit as it's all esms and esls.

Isn't it esm's, and esp's that count toward the limit?? I know esl's don't, at least, to a point. But, if you run out of form ID's.... that'll give you a crash, so, there IS a practical limit to esl's as well, it's just incredibly variable.

I've been told before that the esl limit is like over 4000, so I've never worried about that. I have no idea though if there is an esm limit

Anything that gets assigned a prefix, 00-FF (hexadecimal I believe, or, base 16...) counts. ESM's get one, therefore, they *should* count..... -1 because the save file gets FF.

ESM and ESP both count towards the same plugin limit.

I believe there's also a limit to the number of archives (BSA's I think) you can have and the CC content comes with an archive for every single one of the Creations.
