Certain dark elf vampire eyes will glitch through the face

It's the dark spots under the eyes.

Idon't know if this is the right place to ask, but can someone with modding skills fix this? It will probably require messing with the vampire face model.

Thanks in advance.

I didn't answer this when I first saw it because I don't know the answer, and I figured somebody who does might answer. But it's possible nobody here knows the answer because it's possible nobody here uses the vanilla vampire head model.

I use high poly head, and it's possible most people do. Also, during the installation, it asks if you want to have human looking vampires, and I pick that option. So my character does not become gaunt during the progressive advancement vampirism if I don't drink blood. Without going gaunt, the eyes don't go through the cheeks. (On side note, I can't see the bug you describe in the image, but that's probably because of my own visual impairment).

Furthermore, on the eyes changing, I use one of the many vampire eye fixes which lets me keep my human eyes in vampire form, but even without that the eyes don't go through my cheek.

What I suggest is that you look for a LooksMenu face preset mod and find the links to high poly head from one of those, and at the same time that would also give you links to many other helpful face mods.

Here's an example of my character with advanced vampirism and before I got the vampire eyes fix. You can see she's not gaunt but is still clearly a vampire.

Thanks. I've been through those mods, but I'm not really keen on sacrificing the vampire face.

Edit: Could someone please tell me how I fix this? Maybe I can do it myself.

That doesn't fix it. It's a problem with the 3d model itself.

That really is more reason to try the High Poly Head model, though. It's not necessary to install it with human looking vampire advancement. You can keep the vampiric gauntness, but I'm guessing the fact the face will have more polygons could actually help. A lot of clipping in outfits comes from the outfit not having enough polygons. Presumably this issue can h appen with a face as well.

Do you have a specific mod in mind? The ones I saw change too much and require other mods.

The original is fine, it's just that glitch that sticks out.

I've been thinking about it, and if you don't want to go the high poly head route, it should still be possible to use racemenu to manually fluff out the part of the face which is clipping for you.

Personally I'd go the high poly route, but it's really up to you.

There are lots of racemenu preset mods on Nexus, but what I do for my character is pick a vanilla face I like the most and then tweak it with racemenu.

I think if you use a vanilla preset as a starting point you'll be most likely to get something easier to tweak while being  a shape closer to what the developers thought would work.
