Can I install different body mods in different vortex profiles without having to re-run bodyslide each time I switch between them?

Title. I want to ask this before I attempt to mess with it because I'm already several hours into a playthrough and I want to start a new one with a different body mod without messing up the first one (where I still want to use my current body mod).

So can I, for example, set it up so one profile uses CBBE NeverNude, and the other profile uses 3BA, without having to re-run bodyslide when I switch between them? Seeing as they are different mods.

Sorry if this is a noob question, and I hope this is the right forum. I just haven't really messed with multiple profiles before and I don't want to do loads of work each time I switch. If I can do all the setup work once so that it "just works" after that, then that would be great.

Yes, but you need to make Bodyslide output to the staging folder and install that output as a new mod.

Okay, sounds doable. How do I do that?

So first what steps do I do with the current profile,
and then secondly is there anything I have to think about when making the 2nd profile?

What you need to do is create folders in the staging folder called "Bodyslide output 1" and "Bodyslide output 2".

Then in Bodyslide you make the folders the output folder for the generated data instead of the game's data folder.

Then you have to either run bodyslide again for your first profile and put all the output in the first folder (or move it there if you've already generated it and don't want to do it again).   Then switch to your second profile and run bodyslide to put all the output in the second folder.

When you start Vortex it should recognize the two new folders and have created mods for them.  Then just install the first to your first profile and the second to your second profile.

You might need to clean up the actual data folder to remove any output previously generated.
