Now I've been looking into this for like 3 hours. I don't think its vortex but also the solution is not what every topic received.

I can not write to output dictionary. That is the problem. The folder is in the same drive as the game. I keep getting error saying i dont have permission to write on drive.

How do i fix this? If you need any system information pictures whatever will help i will give.

Once again I do not need to know that the mod staging folder needs to be on the same drive as the game. It is. Its not working.

It appears the Oblivion Remastered extension is missing a folder write check. Just create the folder shown in the error message, then restart Vortex and it will work.
