error code enoent need help fixing

the error code enoent is saying that i dont have the right pathway and that im missing a masterlist its driving me crazy i have been moding for years nw and never had this problem with vortex before and always used vortex. i have restarted it severl times an uninstalled it and reinstalled it and did the same with the game skyrim spc edition i am lost  love some type of help to figure this one out

@Zanderat - Have you seen this missing masterlist.yaml error before? I am not certain of the purpose of this file or how it is generated. It appears to be generated by Vortex as it is in the Vortex AppData folder for SSE.

Haven't seen it myself.   Could be LOOT related. 

@dan1239101 Check that your AV isn't interfering.  What is the complete install path for your SSE?   Also, you appear to have attached your home work to your last response.......

no problems with antiviruse this is the first time i have ever come across the issue been moding skyrim for the past 5 to 6 years. iv uninstalled several time and reinstalled just as many both game and vortex alawys had the same pathway took  a 6 month to year break from it now im lost most always could figuer out issues but this one is new to me .no youtube videos on it nothing realy on reddite. did get new pc in the time frame had it perbuild from digitalstorm. got the same problem with fo4 installed loot to see if it would help it did not. im at a big loss.

So the source of the issue is the gamebryo-plugin-management extension. This is used by all mainline Elder Scrolls and Fallout games. So it makes sense you could see it in FO4 as well.

It is checking if that yaml file is present, but it appears the code does not actually do anything useful if it's not found. It should probably recreate the file if it is missing. 

Did you check if the file shown in the error exists or not? If it's not there, you can probably just create it (as an empty text file) and see if that allows you to proceed. A yaml file is just a text file for configuration.
