Jebus20025
All I want to do is make a race that looks exactly like Argonians (Same hands, arms torso, head, etc.) but has a big stat boost to speed. I can make it just fine, but when I load the plug-in up and make my character all he has is a head. I know I need to tell the Editor what body parts my race should have but I don't know how to tell it! ???
Jebus20025
Also, I'd really like to know why whenever I use a plug-in from the Construction Set, it puts "s" in front of a lot of things like items weights and money, and the "Ok"'s for in-game hints. If there's any way to stop that it'd be nice.
Stampede
*Sighs* Go to this page and scroll down until you see the heading "NPC and Race Creation" After that, read up on forum policies regarding double posting and search functions. Regardless, welcome to the forums! Etc..etc...
Switch
Yes, please search before posting. This topic has been covered many times before. ^^; Also you can edit your post if you need to add content to it, no need to post twice. As for your problem with the "s", that sounds a bit like an unclean mod to me... or some sort of mod conflict. Try unloading all the mods from your game, see if the fault is still there, and then add the mods back on one by one until the fault appears again... then just delete the mod you loaded last. You could also attempt to "clean" the mod using a program like TESAME. But that's a little risky to use if you're not sure what you're doing... ThetaOrionis01
Ah, the dreaded 'gmst' entries.... You'll get the added 's' as you describe when one of the mods you use picks up 'gmst' entries which shouldn't be there. As far as I know, such entries can sneak in when a mod is loaded in the CS without the correct masterfiles.... they're a complete nuisance to clean out, since you need to know which gmst entries are part of the mod, and which ones are unclean entries. And there are lots of them....
