I'm back!

Well just about a month ago, my cable internet went out at my dad's house and that is where I always went on the internet at,, I havent been on for a while. Just a few updates (incase anyone actually cares):

I have been working at one of the biggest grocery stores in my city (Traverse City isnt huge, but it is the sencond largest city in Michigan north of Detroit) for about 3 weeks now and I'm being trained for a cashier already (I started as a bagger). That means my pay gets boosted from $5.75 an hour to $7.00 an hour.

I got my car working. It is a 1994 Chevy S-10 Blazer. with 4 wheel drive. However, it is a gas hog and with gas at $2.55 a gallon right now, it is a pain to drive anywhere extra.

Ravenhold Castle is coming along well. I need to hook up with Hawkey and talk to him about the part he is helping me on, but it is going good.

I just got back from Mackinaw City and Mackinac Island (the 'c' is pronounced as a 'w'). Yes they are spelled different, but it is supposed to be that way. Anyways, my sister my mom and I went camping up there for 5 days.

And I am getting the internet back this weekend, so I should be on more often.

Anyways, that was just a look at what has happened in the last 4 weeks and I'm sure many of you dont care but it felt good to say it. Thanks for listening to me ramble on.

*compares gas prices of $0.67/litre to 1.28 €/litre and starts dreaming... *

Hi there, Adras.  Don't see any hope of petrol (gas) prices coming down for a while.  Polish the car until it looks great, sell it and buy a compact!

Cheers!

Yeah, I know. But I'm living with it. My last paycheck was for $158.64, and with me getting a raise, $40 a week wont be too bad for gas.
