or just nothing happens and it works like its supposed to.

clocked cpu and i think ram aswell. Operating System is Windows XP. when it comes to Commit Charges, the limit being 4million+

the most ive ever seen FO3 use is 700k.

And for the CPU to crash or overload is near impossible, FO3 would have to spike the usage by 52% which doesnt seem right when all i want to do is enter a building. and when it comes to load order-if the mods im using are doing it-theres only 26mods-INCLUDING esm's being-FO3.esm, Enhanced Weather, Tau Ammo.

Not so simple, OC may involve changes in buses speed and some applications are very sensitive to it. It's not just about heating or loads, it is about timings too.

Without testing with the defaults one will be only misguided into searching for troubles at the wrong places.

I agree, would first try the default settings before anything else.

If the problem started post modding it could also be mod compatibility issues. Downloading the right modcomp patches and making use of F3Edit can be enough to fix randomly timed crashes. Especially if this is the only game you have issues with. If its not a hardware issue id look toward addressing this issue, see if it changes behavior.

Hope this helps.
