The ID of the ring. I got 10 rings, every ring got another enchantment. enchantment E_1, E_2, E_3, etc. But when i take the ring the first time, i also get the enchantement in my inventory, showing a circle with a thing trough it, which you get when you got an item without inventory image in your inventory. When i put the rings back on the table, i still keep the E_1 and others. And when i drop a E_1 or other i get an error saying something with trying to make reference for E_1, continue? Doesnt matter what i say, the game will crash then.

Also, taking the rings once again back of the ground doesnt give you another E_1, the old one just stays.

The rings do work... But i dont want someone who plays the mod has to walk with those items without image that cannot be dropped for the rest of the characters life!

So can anyone tell me what to do to stop the enchantement from getting in my inventory?

The rings work great, but noAfter that problem is gone i can put it on the mod database on www.tessource.net =D

i cant even do it. Go to the enchanting tab on the cs, and click on one of the enchant thingies. There is no option for putting a picture in it, because it isn't even supposed to be an item in the game!

sigh... My mods are always doomed. Even the most simple mods got the most idiot bugs.

Not sure what you're doing wrong. But what you should do to make an enchanted ring is:

1. Choose a ring from the Object Window, d-click to open it up. Rename it, click Ok, and click yes to creat a new object.

2. Find you ring in the object list under Misc, open it up. Add the enchantment you created previously to it via the drop menu near the bottom. Done.

Repeat for all rings you want to create. This way there is no issue of whether or not a ring has meshes/icons assinged.

You probably know all this, but just wanted to make sure. Please don't take any offense if so. Do you have any scripts attached to your rings? Are you using rings from the game, or some made by a modder (like DaDuke's)?

Actually, that would be Clothing. No rings under Misc. ^^

Yes i made a ring, i renamed it and changed the id (from the expensive ring). I didn't change the image. I made the ring, gave it an unique name and id, and then i gave it the enchantement with the drop menu. I didn't use any scripting at all, and watched carefully, so that expensive ring i used as basic didn't have a script from the start.
