Dark0ne
I don't think anyone has been doing any file removals today. Did you upload a file to the site and it got lost, or did you add a new file entry and that got lost? The site has been a bit overloaded today so it's possible it just got lost during the upload process. Can you try again?
Phob0s
I uploaded it 11th of May, and I had not checked up on it for a while, but when I looked for it today on the site it was gone.I wanted to redownload it because I lost my harddrive, so the only remnants were the files I uploaded here on tesnexus. buddah
What was the file name? I will check my archives and see if I have a copy? Also which site, it narrows the search. Buddah
AncientSpaceAeon
This maybe silly but maybe this have something to do with new file categories and rating system overhaul ? As I said, it's silly.
Phob0s
The filename was "Scenic Music Overhaul.rar" and it should be around 220MB.It was on tesnexus.
Dark0ne
Ok, that filename throws up a few alarm bells as to why it might have been deleted. I'm guessing it was mp3's that could be added to the game, correct? Were the MP3's created by you or were they free to distribute? Nexus sites have a very strict no-copyright policy, so unless you owned the music yourself or the music was "open source" then it will likely have been removed for copyright reasons. Example: Uploading MP3s from the Lord of the Rings films is not allowed.Uploading music you've created yourself or that is free for anyone to distribute is allowed. Generally speaking if you don't know if you're free to distribute the music or not then chances are you're not.
buddah
Yep, it was loaded with copyright protected music. It was reported by the community, examined and deleted from the site. Buddah
