Bethesda's current games in development.

I don't really know this is the right place. But I know that putting in the "PC Gaming" section will not be right, but placing it on "other system" will not be right too, because some of the games have a PC version. The lounge can be a good place because we can talk about almost anything here. Now, let me start.

 

Bethesda is a great game developer, from Arena to Fallout 3, it's all great. Bethesda can be called the masters at RPG games, their Elder Scrolls series is fantastic, and so the shockingly good Fallout 3 that was mistaken as Oblivion with guns. You can say that Bethesda is good at making RPGs and huge worlds.

 

But this is not what I'm going to talk about. But Bethesda isn't currently developing TESV, that highly waited by the fans. Instead, Bethesda developing (that we know and sure of) three games, who isn't a big title, and don't seems really serious creating this.

 

Those games are "Wet, Rogue Warrior, Brink". But if you don't notice, other than Bethesda's big titles, it's all bad. But looking at the Wet gameplay videos, it don't looks so bad, but we may never know. Anyway, what do you think about these minor projects ? Will the game be as great as the videos ? Or just a dissapointment than other of Bethesda's games. Please comment and give your opinion about what do you think ?

nothing beats a largescale freeroaming buttkicking post apocalyptic game like fallout 3. and almost the same goes for oblivion. but wet and rouge warrior sounded amazing

To be honest, I don't have an extremely high opinion of Beth. Games like Oblivion and Daggerfall could've been better, and apart from the TES series and FO3, they haven't developed anything really notable. Yes, they are good in the RPG department, but so is BioWare, and they could use work in other areas. So I don't know what to make of these. They could turn out good, or bad. Time will tell.

It looks like a good "action" Game but it doesnt realy look like a rpg and thats all i realy think beth does good at.

I don't really have any big hopes for these games, I'd just wait for Modern Warfare 2, and Assassin's Creed 2. That's shows more promise.

 

But I hope much in Bethesda it self. Being on top 10 on the best game developer isn't small thing (Develop100). Hopes these games will be good.

Yeah, waiting for their's Knights of The Old Republic. (Guess they gonna beat World of Warcraft, then Blizzard try to beat them by making Universe of Starcraft).

wet for xbox and ps3 :( . hope it will be for PC.

all of those games look really cool but i am not sure if they are all that cool. Rogue Warrior, looks kinda simple, good american guy kills all russian bad guys.

Brink. looks cool. but i am not really waiting for it.

but for now the game that i really am waiting for is Mech Warriors
