Modded Fallout freezing problem

So my little test has proven that it is one or two of the mods causing the freeze, just ran the game for 30 minutes (the longest I've managed to run it) and no freezing. Once I install all the mods I'll post a list of the plugins in their order, would it be more helpful to show the list from the nexus installer or is there another way?

I've reinstalled all the mods but not in the right order the game now crashes on startup. I know how to fix this as I've fixed this before but living in the UK it's 1 o'clock in the morning here so I think I'd have a better attempt at this in the morning. Thanks for all your help so far, I will leave you with the plugins in order with the help of BOSS, like I said I was following Gopher's guide on YouTube:
