dsajfad'sjadj'fjd http://forums.nexusmods.com/public/style_emoticons/dark/psyduck.gif Actually they are older then i am, they are late 70's speakers. http://forums.nexusmods.com/public/style_emoticons/dark/teehee.gif back then if you wanted sound you gotta go big http://forums.nexusmods.com/public/style_emoticons/dark/teehee.gif

Like I said yesterday, the more air they shift, the better

Sound isn't just about precision and fidelity, it should be a FORCE

I know that, just excited to receive a one of kind vintage speaker system still working http://forums.nexusmods.com/public/style_emoticons/dark/thumbsup.gif trying to do some research, and stil can't find the id number of the speakers themselves. must dig deeper. I don;t wanna rip open the amp itself. the wood paneling is worth money

Or mess with the internals either

they where heavy, almost ways a tun. that also is promising http://forums.nexusmods.com/public/style_emoticons/dark/teehee.gif 1200watts back then a piece, i wonder if the standards have changed http://forums.nexusmods.com/public/style_emoticons/dark/teehee.gif These speakers would destroy glass if you allowed it lol. Just think movie theatre speakers, not quite but close http://forums.nexusmods.com/public/style_emoticons/dark/teehee.gif I'm almost afraid to test to see if they truly work, neighbors I'm sorry lol.

And besides breaking glass those speakers could clearly produce separation enough so you could hear a pin drop in the midst of a fifty piece orchestra. Since the 16 track reel to reel recording tapes could only be split each to make up a 32 track recording making a fifty piece orchestra separations were simply done with the 20 foot wide mixer board. In play back they were the cleanest speakers around in 1972. Bands came from around the world to cut a record there for a few years. You could go to Eastern Washington University, the R&T Professor might be able to recognize your speakers, and you could check out the recording studio there to find out if I say is still true. They might have replaced everything by now since 1973 but for something better. I kind of doubt it.

Yes! http://forums.nexusmods.com/public/style_emoticons/dark/psyduck.gif http://www.oaktreevintage.com/Jensen_Speaker_Parts.htm

Than the power of insanity existed at Eastern Washington State College then in 1972.

Hmmm i shall try them out later on this week, but for now i win.. I would replace my stereo for just two of them beside my receiver and tv.. that's all you really need, they take standard grounded wires red and black, so i think they are compatible, its just matter of tweaking the volume is the problem, i'm afraid really to try'em out lol. I do remember how amazing they sounded, with the vibration on the concrete floor in our parents basement. the fidelity was remarkable.. Edited by Thor.
