K00L Posted October 8, 2012 Share Posted October 8, 2012 (edited) Hey! I have just seen "RAGE" rejuvenated. RAGE is a game that Bethesda gave us. I already had it on STEAM. When I got to the gates to SANCTUARY I realized Borderlands 2 is almost a replica of RAGE. Now with the questions. Whose game came out with all that style first?Which one do you think is the better of the two?Fallout. Hah, Just kidding :laugh: ... kinda. :geek: Borderlands came out first but I think they were in development at about the same time. Rage was under development before Id was acquired by Bethesda and Borderlands went through a complete graphics overhaul otherwise they would have looked really similar.Borderlands is better in my opinion, mostly because I don't care for John Carmack's fps style of games(I find the Doom franchise to be games for neanderthals) and Borderlands doesn't take itself too seriously which is refreshing, plus the four player co-op with a bazillion different guns makes Borderlands more engaging over the long term.:( So I'm a neanderthal? Lol just kidding. But Doom was one of the first games I ever played. Doom 3 was s*** though. Still haven't beaten it. Probably won't.Also I agree that Borderlands is more fun. Especially for the very same reason. There's something about games that aren't super serious that makes them fun. Since you know... All FPS games are now Call of Booty "rip offs". I just got home one hour ago. First off, this was a Monday and I had some boring classes. Then I was leaving and find out my car... Won't... Start. Either the battery is bad (best case scenario) or there is wiring that is f-ed up some where. Apparently that is a common problem with the newer Chevy Malibu (well at least from 08 forward). "Fretting Corrosion." Its a build up of some kind of gunk at the electric contacts. That's what I'm hoping isn't wrong. It can cause permanent damage in the right spots. So there was that. Then I had to wait for 3 god damn hours for a tow truck to come. Then it was to the dealership to find out what is happening. They said it was the battery (which I'm hoping is true, I took a picture of the positive side and there is battery acid corrosion really bad and there shouldn't be). Its gonna cost at least $160 I guess. Towing was covered by insurance thankfully.Then I go to eat and I get cold french fries... -.-Get home and find out my dog has worms.Swallowed a cough drop whole... Scariest thing ever. It just slide back to my throat and down and I... My heart stopped because I thought "Omg... I'm going to die. Choking. On. A. f***ing. Cough drop."Then I, just now typing this, cut my damn finger on my desk. Tryin to say something life? :verymad: Edit: And now I learned I can't spell. I don't know how many times I just corrected myself. Whole not hole. They not the. One not and. I mean wtf is that. How the hell did I type and trying to say one?!
