Ohh if you ever have the time when you need to access your games offline with steam, its been fixed. You don't need to set it for offline mode before actually going offline.every steam game will run just fine, even torchlight 2 which is a online game works. Everything just works.

Sooo, I finished Assassin's Creed 3.

ย

If anyone is still playing it I recommend you uninstall the game and burn the disc. The ending is so full of bullsh*t that I wish I never even started to play the franchise at all. My god, everybody doesn't want their franchises to end so they milk the money out of them. Mass Effect, The Walking Dead, and now Assassin's Creed too.

ย

I want an ending, that ends.

ย

I know the game was nice, I know the engine is beautiful, the gameplay is good etc. But it's the same as some people said about the Harry Potter books, this is the same situation as if J.K. Rowling would have written something like 'And then Harry woke up in his bed' at the end. You'd feel betrayed.

ย

You just want that nice feeling that everything you did, you put so much effort in, is finished, done. The quest is complete and you have succeeded or failed. But nah.

The ending even feels like a straight copy from Mass Effect 3!

ย

I hate Ubisoft.

I bailed on that franchise after Assassin's Creed 2 because it was a good game and I was satisfied ending it there. But it feel like it was getting a tad ambitious without the pedigree to back it up for future installments. I mean I enjoy a good conspiracy as much as the next guy but there's a certain point where you literally can't give an answer so the question falls flat on it's ass. Ambiguity is good for that situation, however making things confusing to hide the fact that it doesn't make sense is bad. I assume Assassin's Creed 3 went that way.
