My internet is running really poorly. I have connection, but it takes forever to get things to load, and sometimes I can't even get pages to load. Don't know what the hell those people "fixed" yesterday. Sure I have a constant connection now, but what's the point if I can hardly get Google to load? :facepalm:

Well i blame the denial of service thing that the skyrim nexus is getting lately, sigh why would people do such a thing. I'm also getting lots of 504 errors.

You have no idea how much I laughed this morning. Since I met her, my wife yapped to me how I probably have poor vision because I'm always working on some computer, while I claimed that doesn't affect my vision at all. So after five years of yapping, I scheduled an appointment with an oculist for both of us, and we went to see him this morning.

 

Result - she needs 1.25 glasses for reading, doc was impressed with my close-up and faraway eye sight, now she's sulking. :laugh:

 

And the best thing is, she looks bloody gorgeous with glasses, like a geek supermodel, my jaw dropped to the floor when she put them on. :woot:

Yes it took us almost a year to hit this number, so i give it a good two years, but hey this thread is on its way.

I'm getting excited, I'm making a full blown custom steam machine-HTPC media box that can fit inside a cabinet or a console table, with real high end gaming performance. Not to mention runs quiet and cool, not to mention probably the first HTPC with water cooling like the corsair 100i.

It actually has more room than my antec 1200, i couldn't fit a 100I in that thing.

Don't get excited, there's plenty of those around. I built 7 HTPC/gaming boxes in the past three years, two with custom water loops, one with H80i pre-built liquid system. It's nothing new or innovative, those kinds of machines have been around since the 80s. Building one is just a matter of how much money you have to throw around to afford it so you can brag with the end product to those who can't spend that much money on useless crap. :smile:
