Deleted54170User
Where's niphilim222? The sense of the spirit of the thread seems to have faltered a little more without niphilim222. As the number of days before Halloween count down. Where could niphilim222 be? I wonder if the Covid-19 vaccination may have cleared out the flightiness of his imagination and turned niphilim222 into a full fledged... Healthy?! Oh! Nooo! An unyielding spirit keeping his childlike skill blocked out. That has made him into a full fledged ADULT with no desire to play adult video games for people with status for games that are for 17 year olds and Up. Hm? Maybe niphilim222 is playing a video game with mods so enticing niphilim222 is actually on a video game binge that's taking up so much of niphilim222's time niphilim222 no longer reads the thread and post? I hope that niphilim222 is well! EDIT: There were those times of this threads beginnings when the natural sense of utter competitive feeling was there. Then the population of posters shrank while the rest of us continued to LOL compete. Then the 2, and for awhile not even I, posted for a year. TheCalliton, THOR, and a dozen or so others carried on. When I returned I got PM's from a stranger who told me that I my friend's here became dismayed because I left for a year without saying why. I was serious about building a mod and I went into doing that with a full head of steam. When I got back only a couple chatted with me. The mystery person who sent me PM showed me the posts that the friends I had sent to each other. Worried minds. They were posts of each chatting wondering why I was gone. The sense of my lack of presence sheered away any desire for them to regain our calm, fun, and informative communications. I found myself turned into a pariah, because I took the time and made the effort to become a mod maker. One gal even typed, How did you finded me?! She and I have accounts at another site and she forgot we communicated through there until the last couple of weeks before I completed my MORROWIND mod. She acted like I was a cop hunting a criminal. After that uncomfortable realization I went back into my modding mode and made my Fallout 3 mod. Just a space, empty of human warmth, just like the posts got to be. So empty! So friendless. And so near to my own reality.
niphilim222
I'm here, just went out to buy me a ssd for my ps5. Running low on space for all them games. The firmware on the base console storage is insane, a whopping 600gb for the two consoles in one. Edited October 14, 2021 by niphilim222
Oblivionaddicted
That's quite low.
Deleted54170User
Those consoles must be only for newbs. That is definitely not enough GB to for game collectors. I stripped a broken HP laptop for it's SSD. 1 TB! One of those touch screen laptops. The store demo. The SSD was easy to clean and use, but the laptop's body and screen was worn out from people playing with it in the store.
Oblivionaddicted
I didn't know a SSD can offer a so impressing storing capacity.
Deleted54170User
I went hunting for food yesterday. I found a place called MOD PIZZA awhile back. I decided to go there instead of spending all morning looking for fresh ingredients; like a Italian fellow I knew used to. He wouldn't settle for anything that wasn't fresh out of the garden. His Mama forbid him to eat anything that wasn't fresh. She made us eat a Garlic clove when I was a guest. He ate it like it was candy. I made such a face they both laughed at me. I could tell you why she made him eat a clove of garlic every evening, but that's a long story. Better for another time.
Oblivionaddicted
I'm curious to know why.
Deleted54170User
I shouldn't have mentioned it. It bodes well that you are curious. I was a child when I learned about it. So, the reason for him eating a clove of garlic after dinner before bedtime is at best probably a story he made up. I was never let in to their family secrets or the house where he lived. Only the kitchen. A tunnel connected it to the dining room. I was lucky to have seen that. I got to see the room at the other end too. A fancy dining room was all prepared for the great feast for many people. Such a long table, so many chairs, and white linen with gold thread sewn in around the borders. Even the napkins had real gold thread sewn in around their edges. Gold glittered in everything. Clear crystal champagne glasses with gold on crystal. The forks knives and spoons were make of crystal looking like steel, but clear as glass. Bone white china with gold designs around the plates, the saucers, and coffee cups edges too. Alas his father ended the tour he was giving me and sent me back out on the street. I never saw him again. While we were playing together my imagination was brightened with curiosities light and may have only a fanciful memory. A thought I too should eat a clove of garlic before bed time. I was not in the rooms with him after he went to bed. He had a room of his own. I was left out in the cold after being given a bite to eat and treated to what his Mama said. Now that I think about it. My wise old man knowledge gives me better insights. That woman in the kitchen wasn't his Mama. I just assumed she was, because I knew others whose Mama did the cooking. His family was rich. He was assured he would have many bambino's if he did what his Mama's cook told him. Garlic is just one of the secret ingredients in the food to make sure he grew up to be a strong young man. :D And now... Pizza?! Anyone?!
