One more DLC, one more!

Personally, out of all the DLC's i played for Fallout 3 (OA, TP, BS, PL and MZ) i am happy with the added hours and depth of storyline that was made possible by teams of minds that did such a great job to fallout 3. What dissapoints me is how they are stopping it now. They went so far out of all their games they seemed to give Fallout 3 the most addons and they all paid off.. But i feel like there could have been at least one more DLC. Mothership Zeta just came out not long ago and when i was done playing it i wanted to see what was next. There are mods, yes.. While mods have lots of effort and talent DLC's have voice acting, teams of developers and it just feels more polished. I was hoping they would expand the story to the commonwealth or something to add that curiousity that i have to see the so called "Institute", and it is said to be violent and savage outside the institute that makes the gameplay valid for fighting, etc.

See, even if it's just one more that would be enough to satisfy me. I know Bethesda is moving on to the next gen of thier games but fallout 3 deserves a little more effort.. Am i right?

Now, before you write yelling at me cause i said a comment that might otherwise upset modders: i love the work that has been put into fallout 3 from fans and modders. I do textures and i enjoy adding custom content but the thing is you never see a polished mod that could live up to.. well maybe it's fair to say my expectations.

So what do you think? I most surely believe that fallotu does deserve one more DLC, just one if not two!

Personally,I would love to see one more DLC. But if the modding community can create more stuff like Cube Experimental then I would be good to go. I think Bethesda should just take a break from Fallout DLC and come back instead of totally forgetting about it.

At this time Beth may be putting all powers on TES V (and may have people planning FO 4 too).

Yet don't be surprised if a major DLC (like Shivering Isles) comes, just don't take it for granted.

Besides they already know, for now as ever, the community will load itself to surprises even them with high quality mods.

Give it time. Look back to Morrowind and Oblivion. Even the first sees yet activities in the moding scene, the second is clearly active... And Fallout 3 do not even got 'stable' yet (from the patching view point) for the community feeling assured enough to go for the really big dogs.

Maybe Fallout: New Vegas is going to be a expansion, it is said to be seperate but they might suprise us in the near future. That would rock big time. TES V won't be a while anyways and they can make both a expansion for fallout 3 and make TES V without delay, they are so big into development they could have started working on code for TES V a year ago and not announce it.

Well, you dont have to relie on Beth to make the DLC, make one yourself, most people here are good, your just thinking too small, i for myself at least and a few of my mates are making a DLC ourselfs and already have the Software to make copies for xbox and ps3, so its gonna be interestign if me and my mates can actually do it ourselfs, we have a good few peope doing it now which started from 4, to about 20 now lol.......

Im actually quite excited making my own and all im using is base code, me and my mates are doing our stuff from scratch, i mean, we are makign our own weapons, towns and everything, wish us luck and you never ever know, yee might be beta players for a teaser we might have.....

Well thats my 2 cents on "Just one more DLC!!!*

I thought the official announcement was after the last three they planned another three? Because they've been making allusions to the commonwealth ... well since FO3 Original Content.

Edit: "We've released the trailer to Fallout 3's final DLC, Mothership Zeta. Additionally, Fallout 3 Lead Artist Istvan Pely has written a team diary discussing how the DLC came to fruition. Mothership Zeta will be available Monday, August 3rd on Xbox Live and Games for Windows Live for 800 points, and will be released at a later date for PlayStation 3."
