iron_war_lord
I only just found out it's uses today, and although I have never scripted before, OBSE has urged me to attempt it. For those who absolutely love OBSE say I :P It's incredible, the team that developed it deserves 100,000,000 cookies for all their work.

LFact
Small, but useful mods I love(such as keychain, FormID finder, ...) use OBSE. Enough said.
Argomirr
OBSE is like Christmas and 17 birthdays combined. I love it! Oblivion would be a boring place without it. :P
Alkser
Better question is: Who DOESN'T love OBSE?
SpacemanSpIiff
OBSE does what it advertises. I do not love or hate it. Its simply there for me.
nosisab
Since OBSE is not a 'mod' in the common meaning of the word here, it should not be treated or judged as one. What it does is allowing modders to do things in 'their mods' that would not be possible or simply so much harder and performance crippled without it. OBSE is one of those utilities that are NEED or unnecessary, there is no middle term. Well, unless the mod using it have 'full' and 'crippled' versions and is the only one using OBSE. PS: simply putting ... if at least one mod you have do use any function provided by OBSE, having it is not a matter of choice anymore. And, of course, I love it.
