Technically you are right, she is just runing through a dark cave hacking and slashing. What may scape notice is those OOO amazons are way powerful and more leveled than a relatively low level character, let aside the matron. Only (s)he who tried to do it against such foes will caught the risk involved. Don't let be fooled for those apparently semi nude women, they are dangerous magic users and fearsome warriors.

 

The video shows how the weapon works. It's not a stupidly high physical damage or uber powered by incredible values of destruction magic. Indeed those values follows the player's own level and attributes. But the magic it unleashes can go through heavily armored carapaces and not even reflect damage or reflect spell will help it's unlucky foes. The ideal weapon to go against those extremely resistant gargoiles or the fearful liches with their unpleasant custom of reflecting damage against their attackers.

 

More than it, the movie shows a few times the weapon delivers a critical that send the target afloat for a bit, opening the way to scape surround or to finish the work... and the final blow shows it's ultimate power, a rare but aways effective instakill.

 

PS: It's a weapon designed not for those wanting to cross Cyrodill as a semigod and indestructible juggernaut with powers to destroy the world if he coughs. It's a weapon designed to keep the danger sense and yet some feelings of power and confidence. A weapon for game, not just for show.
