Reason I ask is because I recently decided to try this strange program out for myself and see what it is all about. Mostly trying to make a quick buck off designing fake items. I recently found a place called "The Wasteland" that reminded me of many things (Fallout 3, Road Warrior, ect.) and seemed like a nice place to socialize and surive. Who doesn't want to try to surive in a post-apocolyptic world? Even if you die..it will only be in a second life! Like a cat, I have many... I digress, question stands if anyone wants to hang out or whatever you do in a world filled with furries and porn. :blink: Devs might even make an appearence if he ever gets that PDA of his fixed. I love HOME, but I want more customization then buy a few shirts and furniture. I want to make my own world, but I love meeting people in HOME to play some Warhawk. Seems like a nice way to make extra cash. Selling fake items to people. A legal scam? Either way, I bet if I open a store and put in effort I could make decent bank on SL. I just need to make connections and find a prime location to push my wares. Lol, and yes I saw the first life website before and it always makes me laugh. I tell myself that it doesn't apply to me beacuse I don't use it to hang out and feel important, but every time I log on I feel a urge to kill myself. But seems easier then saving for years and putting real cash into expensive property when the economy is like this. Enough places are closing down, but not in VR. I tried out SL back in the day and was interested in how you could make and sell your own meshes, textures, anything you create. for REAL cash.
