Lucidx
The most disturbing times I've had on the internet. 1. Rotten.com, I don't know why, but one day my curiosity got to me, and I looked at some images on that website and it's pretty mind numbing in a sick twisted kind of way 2. Most recently, I googled 'The human Centipede' after watching a preview of the movie on youtube that made me feel nausea, and after reading online what its about, I was disturbed and jumpy for about 24 hours. 3. Information about the end of the world, a lot of it is bs but still the way some of it seems to add up can be very horrifing, but around the time I turned 14 I just stopped caring about it. Gamerbird
Rotten.com isn't 'disturbing' just merely creepy.
Halororor
Rotten.com isn't 'disturbing' just merely creepy. No, not creepy. Just plain sick. I won't be friends with anybody who frequently visits that site...
Gamerbird
Well yeah it is messed up, but some people find that stuff amusing which is rather disturbing actually if you think about it that way :/

I said no links to it by which I mean no direct links to the site since that could be classified as spam but mentioning it is all alright since common sense should tell you not to look up something on a thread called most disturbing thing you've come across on the internet but visit it if you like it's not my brain geting fried
Illiad86
a video of some guy that got bit by a black widow (either that or it was a brown recluse) and had to get his arm that was 5x it's size drained at the ER....I started gagging the minute they started  and pics of what it's really like to get shot in the head and the like... humanbean234
During my medical training at Ft. Sam Houston, there was an exercise the instructors did to weed out some of the personnel who weren't really cut for the job of Combat Medic; they told us we were eating lunch in the classroom, gave us all an M.R.E. (Meal, Ready to Eat), and let us get started eating... and then put on a slideshow of images taken from Rotten.com (mostly E.R. photographs). The ones who had to leave the room, the instructors wrote their names down, and not surprisingly, those soldiers got assignments to rear-echelon posts. Most disturbing thing I've ever seen on the internet? Most hentai (Japanese pornographic animation and drawings) goes totally over-the-top, IMHO.
