cyrus224 Posted October 7, 2009 Share Posted October 7, 2009 There is no logical explanation I can find for this, I've searched a bunch and have not found someone with a similar problem from what I've seen. I'm Pretty much stuck at half the run speed. No I'm not overweight, I'm at 120/240. I have no crippled limbs, its not something ridiculous like CAPS lock, no addictions, no rad poisoning, no anything. When I go into third person view, you can actually see the character running at half speed as if the game is in slow mo, it is about equivalent to the walk speed. Everyone else does their normal speed, they attack the hell out of me, and I cant do much to defend myself by getting to cover since my character is moving like a sloth.... It affects the walk and silent speeds too just the same. The silent crouched speed is SO incredibly slow its not even usable.It worked fine for hours than suddenly, BAM, no more.(My 10th time or so through the game and the first time I've had an issue like this... Anyone have any suggestions? I have no saves to fall back on, just did a clean fully patched install before this (at least I'm only 4 hours into this save) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It happened right when i was fighting Vance, the vampire wanabe. Both times, as soon as I ended the conversation with him, i was stuck in a slow motion run.....Very strange....
