Sarya
While I personally agree that those savegames are mostly waste of server space, that question is still between their uploaders and Dark0ne, and they don't seem to have any problems, so I wouldn't care if I were you - at least as myself I don't. Besides, tag/category search is way better to find what you want than checking every file uploaded.
LHammonds
yes...like face importing (if I remember right) People are entitled to upload whatever they want (within the site rules), there is a category for savegames if you don't like them don't look at/download them. I enjoy making new faces. That's why I do it.Obviously people do like looking at and downloading saves folks put up. Look at how many people download them. As long as people like looking at them and using them people are going to make them and share them. I'm sorry if you think saves are clutter, but they are confined to one section. It's not that hard to gtfo 'Saved Games'.Pretty-much what I was going to say which touched on every main point. LHammonds
reaper9111
i see that those saved game have many different opinion about them, witch is good, but even with theyr own use, and own reason to exist i still continue to think that there`s way to much of these ! and even if i try not to care, witch i usualy do pretty good, when i search for some thing, what ever i do, they are always there as a result ! but like many said, theres a section for it, that means theres a demand for it, !!!witch i dont get honestly ! i mean whats the use for it ? see how this and this race are made ? how big the boob on that race are ? what color is the skin of this one ? Sarya
You don't have to. No one obliges you to understand every person :) Come on, everything has right to exist... well, maybe except child pornography...
LitaJenkins
There are a lot of reasons why people download saved games.People get them because it can be hard to make a character that looks decent. When they get a save of a char that looks sort of like what they're after they can take it and tweek it a little to be something they'll love. I found Dunmer to be especially hard to work with at first and I know if I hadn't had someone help me figure it out and if I hadn't had the time to do it myself I'd have either never played a Dark Elf or else I would've needed a save of a decent one to start from. And sometimes it's fun to play something someone else made. Especially if it's not something you'd have done yourself. Then, some of us give permission for people to put our character's face on an npc. Maybe someone has a certain look in mind for a shopkeeper, but they can't get it too look 'right' themselves. Then they see a char here that would fit their mod. You can search by category too, so. I'm not really sure why you're complaining that they're clogging up your searches.
myrmaad
More pertinent might be a discussion on using boolean search operators to narrow your results. For example, using the term "-save" in a title search may effectively get rid of many of the 'save game' results. What I have not been able to ascertain is how or if we can search across specific categories. For example, "abodes- player homes" AND "castles ...estates" but not "cities ...hamlets" Know what I mean. That would be useful.

David Brasher
I haven't looked into the matter, but I am not exactly sure how to use a downloaded savegame. I could put the file where it belongs, but wouldn't my active mod list have to match the active mod list of the savegame in order to make it work totally right? I would maybe have to download fifty mods I don't have to get in synch with the savegame. And what if the savegame was created on old mod versions that are no longer available? I guess the game wouldn't have to be perfect, but you wouldn't want it to be too flawed.

Others need to have the face transferred to another save using a separate utility. I routinely do this whenever I need to start over with my own favorite character. Pronam
Exactly, I once had a save that used an non-existent interior for me. A simple coc to a cell /or cow to tamriel ot me out and up and running. I download saves every once in a while as I simply don't have certain saves/progress all the time while I do actually want buggy saves to see how they'll react to my mods. You'll just get a bunch of missing items at most, I'd never had big issues but I never download mods that use a race or such...So I generally pick the old saves from the beginning. But in general..it doesn't matter if they put a dozen copies of things that are similar, they are a treasure to me. When you really want to play from it you I get a recent one so I'm sure mods exists..but I once I did use a 'buggy' one that had a lot of missing mods but it didn't mess-up things at all and I used that one for quite some time afterwards.
