The worst game you've ever played?

Ok I will tell you why I chose MW2 in just a sec but first I have to pre-(insert word i can't think of here) first.

If you have ever played any type of on-line game (not just FPS) you know that there are going to be to a greater or lesser degree the following:

Hackers = People that hack the game itself changing files in order to boost (XX) factor in their favor. Usually to the max at one time thus giving themselves elite stats from the get go. IE: Earning 1,000,000 points for things that normally you earn very slowly thus giving you Level 70 + 10 prestige from the get go.

Cheaters = People that use a program or set of instructions during the game that gives them an unfair advantage over everyone on the server. IE: God mode, faster running, Aim bots, wall hacks etc...

Glitchers = People that take advantage of a map glitch or built in area that may or may not have been intentionally left in by the developer. IE: Using a crate or ledge to get to an area of a map that everyone knows is there and could get to but don't because they know it is wrong or getting to an area of the map that you should not be in, either under it or outside of the normal playing area.

Abusers = People that upon learning that a certain weapon or item is the bane of everyone on the server and/or is looked at as over powered continue to use said weapon or item. IE: The entire team using noob tubes or shot guns.

Racists = This is pretty self explanatory.

Immaturity/Punks/$%#$ talkers/Haters = People who it seems their only purpose in the game is to try and ruin it for everyone else through incessant whining and crap talking or annoying actions.

Bunny Hoppers = People who hop around the map like a bunny.

Bunny Hopper - Dolphins = People that hop around the map and dive.

Now normally in any on-line game one or two of these in each game/round is not uncommon but for the most part every single game I have played thus far in MW2 has had at least 6 - 7.

That is why it has become the worst game I have ever played. I still continue to play it however only so I can unlock everything and go back through it to get my Level 10 Prestige Rank so I myself and friends only can hold a private server game and not have to set on public servers again.

Don't get me wrong it is still fun, but I hate the game! If that makes any sense

I agree with u on that. I love MW2, its a really fun game, i loved the single player but once u get online u gotta deal with sooo much bs its unplayable. gotta mute half of the team lol

For me, the worst game is Schizm: Mysterious Journey. While I generally like Myst-style empty world puzzle/adventure games, and I enjoyed its predecessor Reah, this game is horrible. Even just moving around is taxing, and the acting... oh, the acting.

The worst game I have ever played, I have to say, was "World war 2 combat: the road to Berlin"

For those who haven't heard of it, it was this budget priced call of duty rip-off with terrible graphics for a 2006 game, that really does not represent the war at all. The worst "real" game though for me has to be Farcry 2. Sure, the graphics are lovely, but graphics do not make a game. There are just too many faults (respawning enemies, urgh, do not want!), and it gets so boring towards the end that around half way I pretty much had to force myself to accept it was impossible to have the willpower to actually finish it. Unfortunately, this seems to be a trend for Ubisoft games (Reliant on graphics and fancy trailers for sales). Assassin's creed 2 has to be the trend-breaker here, I personally thought that was a downright fantastic game.

Enough about the game-bashing though, unlike a worryingly high amount of people, I don't like putting down other people's work, which usually have been worked on so hard by developers, only to be criticized repetitively and harshly for the smallest things (Examples include the journal for Morrowind, no dedicated servers and the no russian mission for MW2 and of course the DRM for AC2.)

Lots of people seem to criticise games for their communities. Runescape is a great game considering it is Java based, and a lot of work has clearly gone into it, but yet it is always criticised for its community, likewise with Modern Warfare 2. Sure, it's frustrating with all the Flamers, but that's not Infinity Ward's fault, is it?

Anyway, Lots of people have cited some games which I have played, lot's of which I don't agree with (I think someone said Crysis, seriously?) and this is just my two cents.

My least favorite game was probably Deus Ex:Invisible War. I LOVED the first game, but the second one was terrible. It still amazes me that the series managed to fall so far in just one game.

The worst game I played is a weird one. First of all, I love Final Fantasy X; it is one of my top five favorite games, second only to Final Fantasy 7. But the worst game I've played is probably Final Fantasy X-2, simply because it slaughtered Yuna's character, it under-minded FFX's ending, and it did not feel as immersive as FFX did. Me personally, I think it was a flop by Square Enix.

The worst game? I usually dont remember those.

It probably gotta be Pacman and i know poeple gonna burn me for this one but i found Invisibly War actually quite enjoyable not thinking it to be another Deus Ex cause it clearly wasnt.
