hate me or not for this bottom 10, these are my opinions on the worst games ever.

Heroes of might and magic 5. Honestly the game ruined all the series, campaigns are damn hard; not enough single play maps, only good thing is graphic nothing else. Ubisoft ruined it, nobody can make homm like 3DO did.

Rebel Moon Rising? Only good thing about that game was the awesome crunching sound effect enemies made when they died for no reason whatsoever. It sounded like a brick of wood going through a paper shredder. Probably was.

Spore this game had the makings of something godlike leave it to EA to screw it over. Whos bright idea was it to dumb down a game that clearly would only appeal to mature and intelligent people. Creating a cell and sheperding it to become an intergalactic civilization is not something you market to a child!! Dear lord why was this game so throughly destroyed. :mad:

some time has passed, and Ive played a few new games, and such a I have to revise my list

 

10: mass effect, it just didnt live up to hype, I as much rate it badly because of how it failed to meet my expectations, as for its quality

 

9: halo 3: it was made by kids for kids and played by kids, abysmal multiplayer and a campaign so short, that should you sneeze, you would miss half the levels

 

8: left 4 dead 1 and 2: numb acting, terrible gameplay, outdated graphics, bad sound and bad physics, but worse, if there really was the much hyped dynamic dificulty, I never saw it, it always felt waaay too easy if you had a half capable team

 

7: call of duty 6: modern warfare 2: one day, activision thought, ooh! killing russians is FUN! lets make a game about it, and call it: rus justice!, oh wait, thats racist, no, modern wafare 2! its basicaly halo 3, but with even worse singleplayer.

 

6: red faction guerrilla: has there ever been a red faction movie? because this game feels like a tie in its so mind numbingly bad. the multiplayer was beyond terrible, the controls were terrible, and the engine felt like crysis' but without everything graphical and spectacular that made crysis liveable

 

5: maelstrom: i forgot to put this in my last list, its an RTS, or so it says on the box, its brag was its geomoprh engine... ...the geomorph engine who's terrain deformation gun allowed me to win the whole campaign by cheating, also it was racist, chauvanistic, sinfully ugly and devoid of all imagination

 

4: GTA IV: same as previous post, a moneygrubbing lump of tripe with no longevity, unworthy of the term "open world game" as the city was open, but it had nothing to entertain the player and thus wasnt a game or a world

 

 

3: just cause 2: following on from a miserable uberfail of a game, the idiots at avalanche and eidos, teamed up with square enix (for shame, square) and made this abysmall lump of monkey shite: just cause 2 is a badly done port of an already unplayable game, the PC version has a stuttery framerate even on my crysis-eating computer, even on min settings, controls worse even than GTA IV's and a campaign so short, that if you removed the time extender eploration between them, would barely take you 2 hours. whats more its full of glitches, either way way to easy or way way to hard, and seems to reward tactical lazyness and lack of preperation and thought. 0/100

 

2 and a half: farcry 2: easily one of the worst FPS Ive ever seen, with doom era SFX limp controls, aweful AI a total lack of working stealth, and an abysmal, utterly unsatisfactory singleplayer this is worthy of this title on lack-of-merit alone, but it gets worse: a patch a few weeks after launch screwed up the textures SO BADLY that I couldnt even get it to load, whats worse, even without the patch, it never ran again, thanks ubisoft!

 

2 and a half(2): battlefield 2142: overzealous antipiracy prevented me from ever playing this game, even though I bought my copy at electronics boutique over the counter, new, a few days post launch, the game wouldnt recognise the cd key, it also claimed that "several accounts are already registered to that internet adress" and then spammed my email inbox for weeks repeating that. beyond a bad game.

 

aaand now, in first place! you're winner! hoisting the three handled cup of dubious honor iiiiiisss! big rigs, over the road racing! a game no one would ever want to play just because of its premise, made even more fail by the fact it has no AI, no physics, no clipping, no cap to speed or even proper translation this game though I never played it, surely it deserves tje three handled cup of utter UBERFAIL

If in reference to Swat's reasoning for worse game ever... then I'd have to say RF Online... a wonderfully fun game.. beautiful graphics.. excellent game play... and soo full of hacker glitchers. RMT spammers and automated miners(bots) as well as far too many exploiters aimbots and health potion glitchers.(almost invulnerable with infitite pot/instant cooldown hacks) and using aimbot hacks so all they have to do is run past a group of lowbies and without even slowing down to stop and shoot everyone dies... Lousy game moderators.. constantly banning people randomly... ingonring a terrain glitcher/bot yet banning a frustrated legit player for terrain glitching to kill the bot. incredibly poor almost lacking support from the game creator.. I can go on... a wonderful game.. ruined ...
