OP just saying your load order looks all janked up. you should NOT have ESP's mixed With ESM's load order should have ALL ESM's loaded first then ESP's next. unofficial pactches should be in the esp section under ESM's NOT MIXED WITH THE ESM's.

example:

Skyrim.esm

update.esm

Dawnguard.esm

Hearthfires.esm

Dragonborn.esm

(any other ESM's)

then the Unofficial patch esp's in order at the top of the ESP section

then any other ESP's in their corisponding load order

Sorry to say this...your wrong....the UNofficial patches are false flaged as ESM files so that they can load in the proper order...like so...

00 Skyrim.esm
01 Update.esm
02 Unofficial Skyrim Patch.esp [Version 2.0.3]
03 Dawnguard.esm
04 Unofficial Dawnguard Patch.esp [Version 2.0.3]
05 HearthFires.esm
06 Unofficial Hearthfire Patch.esp [Version 2.0.3]
07 Dragonborn.esm
08 Unofficial Dragonborn Patch.esp [Version 2.0.2]
09 Skyrim Project Optimization - Full Version.esm
0A Lanterns Of Skyrim - All In One - Main.esm
0B HighResTexturePack01.esp
0C HighResTexturePack02.esp
0D HighResTexturePack03.esp
0E Brawl Bugs CE.esp
0F Unofficial High Resolution Patch.esp [Version 1.1.6]

This is how it is intended to be , BOSS sorts it this way and the Authors of the patches say the patch should be directly after the mod its patching.

You need to also run the latest BOSS.

That is what I had read earlier on these forums that the unofficial Patch .esp files are read at .esm files, thus BOSS was correct in the load order.

Has anyone else seen any graphic/texture flaws based on the images/video I have submitted? Otherwise, I am ready to download a few other mods before I finally begin my first character. I do not want to start the game with a flaw in my graphics after spending so much time configuring the mods with NMM, BOSS, and TES5Edit.

Patches are as they should be, as camaro pointed out and you are also right on your observation for the 4GB patch - Bethesda implemented that fix in one of the latest official patches (1.6 i think) so it is no longer needed. Just follow Nyndra's "tutorial" and you should be good to go

I world Recomend Skyrim 4GB which removes the Vram Cap from Skyrim and will allow for smoother gameplay and higher FPS while at or over Vram Cap.

skyrim Caps Vram at 2GB once hit the game will crash Skyrim 4GB removes that and for me alllows me to use up to 4GB vram which is a lot of Mods ENB's Will Run 10X smoother on high end systems with this patch

http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/3211/?

that patch should solve some of the Low FPS issues in a high demand mod setup. before that patch i was running at about 1.95GB vram and about 10FPS and Constant CTD. since the patch my FPS have gone into the 100's and my Vram Consumtion is now at about 3.5GB allowing me More Mods and a stronger ENB

Skyrim 4GB will definately Unlock the Potential of a High end PC. i am running 12 GB vram Total there is not a game on the market that runs that high BUT it's nice to have the extra Vram to allow 5760X1080 on all my games and still support all 6 monitors at 1080p

Is it possible that you mix up some things here? Skyrim doesn't have or had a 2GB V(ideo)RAM cap. It had a 2GB RAM cap. Even the patch you linked doesn't say a word in it's description about VRAM. By the way this patch is totally outdated since an official patch by Bethesda made it possible to use 4GB RAM.

One problem I have encountered when I downloaded and activated the mods was that some mods asked to overwrite other mod's files that were not mentioned in the author's description. I copied and paste several pages of instructions for these mods and I am sure that some of these overwrites were not mentioned in those specific author's description. This is for the essential/recommended files in the RealVision ENB mod description page, mainly the texture mods.

Also, would I see any benefit in performance in FPS if I overclocked my CPU & GPU? They were designed to be overclocked but this would be my first attempt at overclocking.

Overwrites are usually for meshes and textures, and rarely for scripts. When installing a mod with NMM, it always asks what file will overwrite the same one from another mod, that way you can choose if you want the override. If you followed the instructions on the RealVision ENB about overwriting mods, you don't need to worry.

As of overcloking, I won't give any advice ;)
