jwvanderbeck
As more and more mods start appearing, players are starting to run into compatibility problems. To some degree this may be unavoidable. However, we’ve learned a lot about the mechanics recently and there are things mod authors can, and should, do to make their mods as compatible as possible. Dark0ne
Thanks for the post :) I've looked through your site and it seems to be a veritable fountain of knowledge. I haven't enabled the articles section on the new site yet as it needs a few tweaks made to it and I'm loathe to dabble in site code after midnight as I tend to make what I like to call "lol just whiped half the database" SQL errors after this time, but can I have your permission to add some of your work to the article database when it's up, in a similar fashion to your post (small blurb links to big blurb on your site)? jwvanderbeck
That is fine, and I can also submit then when I post new content. When you visit my site you will see there is a small paragraph or two on the front page, then you see the rest when you click through. What I ask everyone who reposts my content to do is post that first part then provide the link to the article for the rest.
desertrunner
Thanks for posting this. I was wondering about this exact question. I had no idea how to override 2DA files.
