The FO3Nexus file server will be taken down and upgraded tomorrow, but the two file servers will be opened up to all three sites tomorrow so downloads will still be possible. Now that I know what was going on, I shall not submit the bug report I was planning on submitting :D So far the upgrade is awesome in every way.
