tiaxanderson
"Well I guess the youngsters want to stay at 'The House of Exotic Delights' hmm?"Tiax looks at Mandrake with a smile.."Not? Well your mind is younger then mine, why do you not decide where to stay?"
mordred kaides
"lets try the pride of dothi. I realy don't feel like sleeping in a happy animal."Mandrake says with a faint smile on his face. Mandrake walks in and looks around. "sand, sand, sand if you could sell it you would be rich living here."
Malchik
A sullen faced girl looks up as you enter the Pride of Dohoti and demands to know what you want. (Rather odd considering there would be very little reason for going in except to enquire for rooms.) She is disappointed to have to tell you that they do have rooms. The price is 80 nipin per person per night including breakfast, evening meal and one brusher for every two persons staying.
mordred kaides
"I think we'll take them." says mandrake looking at Tiax for convormation./ooc do we have money or do we have to work for it? Mandrake takes a look around to see if there are other foreigners here.
Malchik
OOC> Bharat gave you ample funds to get you as far as Golconar. Thereafter you will have to find ways of getting money. Some city governors will help. Other opportunities will present themselves legally and otherwise. I wouldn't start worrying about it until you have been to Golconar though it is a topic that night merit discussion in your off topic thread. phawk69
Seeing the brochures and guides, T'skar heads to the front desk. Purposely ignoring those ignoring her, she reaches for one of each, and starts reading them, paying special attention for anything on the sword of Zooz, and the curatore name. Baba-John
After booking into the Honeycomb Heaven, and stashing their meager belongings, Ara, Gnaag and Baba immerge from their room. Baba is leaning heavily, on the stick, on which his bundle was earlier hanging. On his off side he leans on Gnaag’s shoulder. From the way he is shuffling along he looks much older than he is. They head back up the path to the street, in search of their rendezvous point. By the time they reach the street, Baba is perspiring profusely, and looks positively unwell. He hobbles up the street in search of the tavern.
Malchik
T'skar has barely the time to notice where that there is an entry for the sword and the names of the officials od the museum befire one of those at the desk says. "You want help, you ask. You don't help yourself. Those are two nipin each." The guide is snatched back. Swallowing any kind of retort you pay the two nipin. The sword of Zooz is on the top floor. The curator has an office on the ground floor at the very back of the building. His name Pardip Anskar. The sword itself is on display in a glass case with a thin metal cage. Various security devices like trip wires are visible but you have a nasty suspicion that there may also be magical traps that are not supposed to exist in Bashkher. Certainly acquiring it by theft, should you decide you need to do so, is not going to be anything like as easy as you have been speculating. Add the security in the room and presumably around the building as a whole... The curator grunts as you walk in. "Well. Make it quick. What useless piece of historical dross do you find sooo fascinating you waste my time about it?" OOC> The others are I presume heading for the rendezvous point. Baba-John
“People”, Baba says when all had arrived at the tavern, “I have been thinking about what Bharat Desani told us, and I do not recall him telling us that we need all nine swords. What our task is, is to check that the known swords are not the one we look for. We don’t need the swords, merely to look at them to check their numbers and talk to the curators if they know where our broken one is. I will need to check the swords as I have a bit of knowledge about Black-smithing, to see that the sword we are looking at isn’t our sword that someone has repaired. So we need to find the museum in Honeycombs, so we can check that sword out as well. ;)
gnaag
Gnaag didn't know whether it was necessary to steal the sword or not. He was sure, that Baba is good thinker, so he nodded to his notice. But he was becoming a bit excited that he belongs to the group with such an important quest...
