Suggestion: Headshot

Oh no! When you are leveled up enough in marksmanship, and you are able to zoom - dont you wish you can put this cool new zoom thing to a more productive use? A headshot will do.

 

Another suggestion. Let's do a headshot mod for Oblivion. Maybe significantly increase the damage done to a character just by planting an arrow to its head. If this mod can be done then it surely will increase the gameplay realism 4 Oblivion. Thnx.

Oblivion doesn't differentiate between different limbs, so doing such a mod wouldn't work using just the Construction Set, but would require someting similar to Morrowind Enhanced most likely.

My hubby Cain has found out that he cannot often retrieve arrows where he has shot the victim through the skull, although he can from other body parts .... so that is somewhat realistic that the skull would be harder to pull an arrow out from. >:(

LoL, I still say it when I see golbins running towards me with arrows between their eyes. Had a great shot of a golbin with an arrow stuck between it's teeth this morning but didn't have FRAPS on :(

This would be a very interesting idea, maybe causing double damage?

 

I am sure this will be possible soon, since havok does differentiate between different parts (though thats just the physics).

 

Maybe while that person is at it, he could fix the sneak attack with the bow. It bugs the hell out of me each time I see it. You would never shot like that in real life (I have taken several archery lessons) basically because you could not aim properly.

Explain to me how his post was bad. Just because he didn't write a paragraph doesn't mean it was a bad post, it made sense with the topic.
