Rings or Amulets with Multiple Effect coverage

I am wanting to be able to make both rings and amulets, but so far it seems I can only put one spell in place on them.

Whilst I do understand this may have been a ploy on Bethesda's part to make you buy spells and such with multiple effects, is there any way I can modify the UpperLecturnWorkstation (the Enchanting one or even the Spellmaking one to produce the effect I want?

Unfortunately I'm no good at writing scripts (I do know I'll have to learn, but at the moment I'm in the throes of making a large mod and don't really have time to break off to try to learn scripting!) In fact, one script I have for an Alchemy sorter was written for me by someone else.

As far as the Alchemy Jars are concerned, I don't mind going to the required jars for the necessary ingredients, but as you know there are 166 different ingredients in Oblivion (more if you count the ones from mods importing the Morrowind ingredients as well).

Anyway enough of that and back to the main subject. I have quite a few Sigil stones in my inventory, as well as Lesser Welkynd Stones, Varla stones in addition to the normal soul gems. The Sigil stones are the only ones that have more than one spell attached to them - such as Fire Shield and Weakness to Fire.

One thing I was wondering, if a ring say was charged with one power, and then it was returned to be charged with another power and so on, would that do the trick, or would I need a different ring each time?

As far as the amulets are concerned, it would be a very simple idea to change them to rings, thus saving a great amount of weight. That being said, there are one or two amulets that would need keeping - but if there was some way to reduce all the weight of amulets and rings it would be a great help.

Any ideas anyone?

You can change the weight of the items somewhere in the CS probably, I don't know too much about messing around in there though.

As for multiple enchantments, I use Enchantment Mastery :) http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=24915

It's easy to use, multiple enchantments, and removal of enchantments as well :) Probably what you are looking for exactly. You open the Enchantment lectern and wait a minute until EM loads up and viola! :D

Fine, as you say this looks just what I want. I haven't loaded it yet, though I have downloaded it. The problem arises from my treatment of mods; usually when I download a mod, I'll get the OMOD version if possible, if not I use the normal archive file and create my own OMOD.

Unfortunately, from the readme and that on the site, I can't tell if this is a true mod or just an add-on for the game. What I want to do is to reduce the number of rings and amulets I wear - thus reducing the inventory weight! At the moment, I'm using around 24 rings and about 10 amulets (possible because I use a mod called "unlimited Rings and Amulets).

As you will know, all those rings and amulets add up to a fairly considerable amount of weight, so what I was looking for seems to be in the mod (or whatever) that you recommended. One thing that HAS got me interested is the fact you can remove existing enchantments, this will prove useful when I want to make a blank signet ring, and have up to 10 separate powers on it, instead of say 10 rings!

It would be the ultimate immersion-breaker, but you could go into the CS and make custom rings and amulets with up to four effects at once. If that was too fake and easy, you could put the enchanted items into the game where horrible monsters are guarding them, or have NPCs sell them for 10,000 Septims.
