Anisotropic FIltering keeps resetting

I seem to have a problem in the launcher, every time I set anisotropic filtering to 16 it reverts back to 4 everytime I close the launcher and come back. If I can't set it in the launcher then how can I set it in the Skyrim.ini or Skyrimprefs.ini? It's a minor problem but it's highly irritating as my computer and GPU can clearly handle it.

use it, far better than using the games launcher, far more options and far less getting lost in lines of code.

I already have that, now my game looks like semi ENB but I just need the anisotropic filtering for the ini thanks though.
