Domhnall
A long while back I had the idea for all pop-up info to be based on one's skill %. This would be copying the general structure of how they set up Alchemy, where you get a list of "?" marks when your % is low. So, now that Obl is out, is it possible to apply this structure to other areas? E.g., Locks for Novices would not say "Easy" or "Hard", but just a "?". Dispositions of people without a good Speechcraft skill would also just give a "?" or perhaps an approximation like "38?".
Erialeth
I second this one. It seems a very good idea.

Domhnall
OK, if anyone knows how the Alchemy pop-up function works when you mouse over to an ingredient, then I could maybe learn what they've done.
loveme4whoiam
I like this idea. If we could add skills you could make a whole range that would apply to things, like and Exploration skill which altered the distance at which icons for structures appear on your UI. But we can't, which blows. I don't know about the lock thing though - all you;d have to do would be open the lock into the minigame and see how many there are to know. Still, excellent idea, I'd be interested to know what else it applies to.
ThetaOrionis01
I suspect the alchemy ingredient properties pop-up may be hard-coded.
