Lord Slyther
If there was another thread posted about this, please by all means link it to me, thank you. Every time I try to edit a comment on my file page at the TES Nexus, ok I get an IPS driver error, but when I refresh, it says "No data submitted". I'll try the forum's edit tab if possible. EDIT : Yeah, I got it too on the forum.
Dark0ne
I cannot recreate this error. Are you still having problems?

buddah
I just checked and made a new post in this thread: http://thenexusforums.com/index.php?showto...5938&st=200 I edited it several times with no problems. However, the post above it you cannot edit and you will get an ips error followed by another saying no data was submitted. This may be a result of the forum move recently, but that is somewhat speculation on my part.
Lord Slyther
Ok, thanks for the help, Buddah! As always. Anyways I was editing the post for this message : New updates and screenshots. EDIT : Ugh, posted on the wrong thread, but it's no big deal.
LHammonds
I saw this problem as well yesterday. I could post a new reply but had problems editing. I flushed my web browser cache and refreshed my DNS tables using the following command at the DOS prompt (you might have to start the command prompt as Administrator in certain OS's) nbtstat -Rnbtstat -RR I think the problem is that you are on the new server and either your DNS server or browser cache is trying to submit to the old server. My problem seemed to clear up after a while. Might have been issues further down my path (hardware firewall, ISP, etc.) But I strongly think it is related to the server move rather than an actual problem with the database or too many users. Dark0ne
That would make sense Lon. As the forum server has physically moved and changed IP (new IP is 77.72.7.50 if you want to add it to your HOSTS file) some people's systems will take a while to update, or need manually updating. LHammonds
Well, I got the same IPS error while trying to edit some posts in the rules forum (adding the sub-titles). Not sure what to make of it or why it is still occurring. EDIT: Upon further experimentation, I have found other oddities. When I tried to add the below image to THIS POST, it failed and gave me the IPS error BUT it took the change to the sub-title where I mentioned the rule broken "Trolling" so it saved the sub-title but not the post itself. http://www.tesnexus.com/imageshare/images/128909-1237129500.jpg EDIT: I am obviously editing this post but I will see if there are any patterns as to when I cannot edit a post.
