Bethsoft.com Down?

I know this is not exactly related to skyrim here but I use the Bethsoft forums for my skyrim modding information too and I have not been able to access the site for the past few days. Chrome keeps telling me it cannot connect and I'm starting to get a bit agitated. Is the site down or is there something else going on here?

Did you mean this;

where this message is at the top;

The maintenance is complete, and the North American megaserver is now back online and available. Thank you for your patience!

Other connection news the soccer world cup is wreaking havoc with bandwidth here in Europe...

No, When I try to get on the site Google Chrome tells me that it cannot connect. I even called my ISP and they reset my modem. No change.

Ok this is really aggravating me! For some reason my home network will not connect to the site. I can access them via mobile and log in so I'm not banned and I've even tried to access the site via proxy server on my network and still nothing. I cant do it via Google Chrome or Internet explorer. I am completely out of ideas here.

It is sounding like the setting in your home isn't it, either your router or whatever machine is using it. The next step would be to find out whether it's the PC or the connection.

Can you access 'a different' machine (borrow a laptop etc.) If that can't do it from your home that indicates it your home connection's problem, if it does then it is your computer that has the issue, no?

Are you running security software that may have taken exception to the site. NoScript blocking one of the dependencies? Accidentally clicking a 'revoke permission' is easily done...

I get that sometimes I just delete my cookies and other browsing data Tools> Internet Options > General> Browsing History> then delete the browsing history and wait for the pop up that says browsing history deleted and then closing the internet down and restart the internet and then try going to the forums. Sometime that works sometimes it doesn't.
