Anubis162
yes, i hate the elven races in OB. Beth. made them look too much like humans with weird eyes. In MW, the elves looked ELVEN!

FastRedPonyCar
How do you take pictures of the front of your character?? Just let it sit there until the camera idles around your character? Dilvish, what sort of enchantments do you have on your Elven sword? I've got a couple of them. One, I enchanted with one of the oblivion stones to add 20pts shock damage but the other one is still plain. Should I hold off for a more powerful enchantment or just wait until I get a daedric long sword and then enchant that? I have no idea where to get one but all I know is that I want one no matter what I have to do to get it.
ThetaOrionis01
Holding down the button you use to switch between views will allow you to rotate your camera around your character. <- Pictures of my character are in my OblivionPlayers profile
Dilvish
thats mithril right?Yeah Mithril. Sorian went from leather to chainmail to mithril. Better armor shows up as you gain levels. Holding down the button you use to switch between views will allow you to rotate your camera around your character.I use the R key in the US. stand facing a tree or wall and the camera will move in for a close-up. Dilvish, what sort of enchantments do you have on your Elven sword? That's the Blade of Weakening. It's the first weapon I enchanted in Oblivion. It has Damage Fatigue 20 pts. for 1 sec. on strike. It has 60 uses when fully charged. Sorian always poisons his blades too. He has a bunch of Damage Health 6 pts. for 23 secs. potions in his kit now. I think there will be good opportunities to trap souls as the game progresses. I will enchant a Daedric longsword when I get one too. I wouldn't worry about saving low-level stuff for later in the game. I think our first few enchanted items will seem pretty weak then.

If you are in first person view and scroll out, it will start very close up and then go out, or if you hold the button to show yourself, the scroller still works. That way you dont have to find a tree or wall (not that the game doesnt have plenty of them).

True. Any clue as to where I could go to procure an ebony or daedric longsword? I'm in lvl 19 so lvl 20 requirements for daedric stuff is just around the corner.
