Maharg67
Three 14.1[26][123] The Slitherin was a great heaving monster that moved steadily towards Necrotropolis, where it was in Magariel, growing bigger and more powerful. Two Baurus Clones, a Venturer13 and contingent of Blades were observing it from a safe distance. Living-dead monsters kept attacking the Slitherin and their hordes struck against it in growing darkness of night. They damaged the mighty dead-living thing but the Slitherin grabbed, absorbed many of them, and grew stronger. Necronoids and other such creatures simply vanished into the Slitherin flesh. StarMarshal Mara Glorin, of the True Eternal Warrior, showed up with powerful Legionaries that were actually lesser eternals, were her summoned clones, along with Bladers, Legionaries, Rangers and other elite fighters. She examined the distant battle with a troubled expression on her face. "All forces are to be withdrawn to defend the Great Sanctum that is being created as it absorbs most of our realms. That is except those defending ways being used by refugees to get to the Great Sanctum from zones that will not be absorbed." Reports had been passed around, briefing sessions held, stories had spread and the whisper networks were humming but most people still struggled to understand just what was happening or did not bother trying. One of the Baurus Clones spoke. "I heard that undead are fighting undead in some areas." Mara snorted. "There are the undead who do not wish to be absorbed into the ShadowEmpire. There are also necrolifen who are rebelling against the ShadowEmpire. The situation is not so straight forward but the ShadowEmpire still commands the greater forces of both undead and necrolifen. There are the living, and unlifen, who serve the ShadowEmpire but they are in relatively small numbers. As for the dead-living, that is the greater part of the population of the Realms of Realms. Change is coming for the better! More Slitherins will arise but will be absorbed. They arise from what the dead-living really are, being one great mass network sharing far more than most of them suspect." The great Slitherin struck out against necrolifen dragon like creatures, necrogrons, destroying-absorbing one and its extended tentacle being burned at by two others. The tentacle writhed in pain. Then it lashed out to hurl a necrogron backwards through the air but did not manage to feed upon it. It was a great violence, a great horror, to see and even the clone elite killers were disturbed by it though not as much as the locals were. The Eternal Warrior, and her lesser eternals, were calm but very wary. Then the Baurus spoke. "I have been wondering! What happens when the dead-living die?" Mara sighed. "A good question and one I have no great wish to answer but I will. Most are 'reborn' as new dead-living generations. Some become 'ghosts' until they are 'reborn'. A very few become the 'restless dead' of the phantoms, of other things. Let us hope that they do not act up too much for we have enough to deal with already." The great, unnatural, conflict continued unabated.
Maharg67
Orbis [4][124] The real Martin Septim was in the Kvatch Chapel, of the Thirteen Divinities, was doing prayer meditation that would be followed by a period of quiet research done in the underground Kvatch library. In recent days the city had gone through civil disturbances as cult traitors, of a cult known as the MythicDawn, had been rounded up being a part of a plot to assassinate the Emperor and the three Imperial Princes. A great search was underway for the dangerous leader, Mankar Cameran, and three children who helped him run the cult. Together there were thirteen who ruled the cult being Mankar alone at the top, his three children and then nine others. Each had their responsibilities but Mankar held most of the power and authority. So far only four, of the lesser nine, had been found and were due to be executed in the WhiteGoldTower itself. He turned and noted the boy sitting at the front pew though he was sure that he had not heard anybody come into the great main chapel chamber with its alters to all of the Thirteen Divinities, including the Nine Divines, plus a range of Subdivines, Semidivines and Demidivines. Yet it 'felt' as if the boy had almost been there for ever. The boy spoke out quietly and yet his voice carried effortlessly. "You are saved from one grand but terrible fate but may suffer another. You are the illegitimate son of Emperor Uriel Septim VII." Martin might have argued that he was but the son of well off farmers but there was something in that voice that persuaded him that the visitor spoke truth. "You are not mortal!" The boy smiled. "You are strong with the mindeye. I am an expression of one of the Lesser Three Divinities who are direct expressions of the Great Divinity just as the Nine Divines are indirecet expressions of the Great Divinity. You have had some very vivid dreams in recent days, dreams that you can not forget, dreams that are expressions of true events. The divine magically painted Realm of Realms, the great war of life related forces, the creation of the real Mundus and how it relates to the creation of the Realm of Realms. MehrunesDagon, the real one, turned against the conspiracy against the Empire, against his own invasion plans, under pressure from other Grand Daedra. He has made a wise decision, in some ways, but his betrayal of the MythicDawn was not so wise and will have negative repercussions even for him. The great fool would have suffered a terrible defeat if the conspiracy, the invasion, had gone on ahead." Martin frowned softly. "Kvatch is saved from a terrible fate! I do not know what you would want me to do except to keep on as I have been." The 'boy' sighed. "This will hurt but it must be done. There will be compensations and also challenges." Then he threw something small, shimmering and glowing, at Martin. The illegitimate son, of the Emperor, cried out in shock and pain as the ring appeared instantly on the middle finger of his right hand. Then everything went blank for him even as the boy carefully lowered him to the floor as if the bigger Martian was like a small doll. When a priestess found Martin in a deep sleep, he was soon being cared for; the Emperor was soon alerted through arcane magical means.
Maharg67
Zero [22][125] The Grand Imperial City became the Grand Sanctum only in the sense that it arose on many supercontinents, in the same location on each one, but remained the same place. In that way it was like the enemy Necrotropolis that now hosted both armies of the living-dead and the undead, Necrotropolis appearing on increasingly more supercontinents while remaing the same Necrotropolis. It was confusing enough, as a situation, with the ShadowEmpire waging war against its unlifen, living, and dead-living, enemies but then undead and necrolifen forces joined the alliance against the ShadowEmpire and started to attack it. The Genius13 had come out of nowhere, seemingly, to hurl not just necrolifen forces at the ShadowEmpire but other entities including living forces. AlphaOmega came to the fore as leader of the Fanelords13, who each led a mighty force of the unlifen but also of the living. Then struck the TrueLife Cult with great armies of the undead, also attacking the ShadowEmpire. The largest battles raged on Necroriel between forces combining undead and living-dead. Slitherins arose not only on Magariel but on Earthriel, Terrariel and other supercontinents. They grew bigger, more powerful and more consuming as they launched attacks against Necrotropolis. In space, in the depths of the Painted copy of Mundus, appeared a fleet of ETE globeships, the same that had once saved the OldEarth and its life. The massive fleet, of very powerful vessels, began to fire upon the moons of Masser and Vezarout. Great pulsebeams of energy, and quasisolid missiles, also struck at the dragon like creatures that no longer bothered to act out battling each other. They turned and swarmed towards the globeships, and squadrons of smaller globeboats that darted out from the globeships. The 'globeboats' were very big and from them came squadrons of even smaller, though still large, globeters. Great dragons arose into the sky to assist the ETE fleet, that had traveled from OldEarth's past to get there in the only way that it could. In the Grand Sanctum, that continued to steadily absorb all of the Painted Realm of Realms, there began another kind of transformation as dead-living entities started to become of the living. So at least one major goal, of one secret long term conspiracy, was being achieved; that is the infiltration, and manipulation, of another, darker, more grander conspiracy deeply rooted in the creation process of the real Mundus. In the real Mundus, on the real Nirn, in the real Tamriel, in the real Imperial City Kvatch, the real Martin Davias (Septim) awoke with a ring on each middle finger and had become the First Silver Ringlord of the Ringlords13. In the real Imperial City Anvil the real Prophet came forward to warn of dire threats against not just the Empire but the whole of the real Mundus. Maharg67
Three 15.1[27][126] Venturers moved past neat stacks of softly glittering, glowing, semitransparent crystaline cylinders. Inside each was an entity that was transforming from being of the dead-living to the living. The dead-living, who thought they were of the living, were in an odd state of semi-awareness. They went on running typical lives even as they quietly dealt with those who became engulfed in the transformation crystals. That is they carefully labelled them and stacked them up. Crystaline spheres drifted through the Grand Sanctum, causing people to start the transformation, peacefully engulfing them and causing them to go into safe status. The normal fighting, and law enforcement, forces were unable to do with the rise of some exotic threats. A few of the dead-living were transforming into monsters that attacked others around them. In a large courtyard, lined two sides with statues of famous bards, Venturers fought a great distorted human like creature that was actually five dead-living humans become a Slitherin like creature that was a much smaller slitherite. They attacked a slitherite, moving quick, not to deeply hurt it let alone kill it. They sought to stun it so it could be dealt with by the elemental transformer entities, the crystalizers. It roared at them but, 'sensing' no real threat from them, seemed confused. Then it was halted and was splitting into the five humans it had been created from. Then there were floating crystalizers moving in to transform them. A Venturer Clone spoke. "This must have been planned a very long time ago." The Eternal One stepped out from behind a pillar looking like a Venturer except that she had dark dull purple hair and light dull purple skin. Her eyes were purple as a woman's would be blue. It was almost as if she had always been there. "Contingency plans but this was just one of them. It was hoped that the Grand Sanctum could be established at last, safely, despite the efforts of the prime Great Enemy which was never the ShadowGoddess. Her use of the name was always meant as a diversion of the truth. One supposes that the term 'Greater Enemy' could be used for the real Great Enemy. I know the answer to who, what, the Greater Enemy is but I know it in such a way that I am unable to share that knowledge with you; the bridge of sharing information is closed on that lane." The young female supersoldiers surrounded her even as the Eternal One equipped many of them with divine magical power armour, zipdarters and other devices, many of them not being weapons. A very few very special items were given out being dull silvery metallic devices such as rods, wands, staffs, cubes, spheres and pyramids. The Eternal One vanished, almost as if she had never been there, but left great stacks of survival equipment-supplies behind. The Venturers could do their tasks much easier now, could assist more people and had inportant information to pass to the CloneEmpress and CloneEmperor. Maharg67
Three 16.1[28][127] Amphibious Super-Abram battletanks came up out of the river, with blazing single multiple purpose 100mm autocannons. That is many of them for some versions fired twin 60 autocannons, some fired four 40mm autocannons and yet others fired pulselasers or pulseblasters. Power armored soldiers came up out of the waters or leapt off the backs of the battletanks. StarMarshal Napoleon Glorin, of the Eternal Warrior, hunkered down in a fake Super Abrams that was really a headquarters vehicle. True it was still a target but not as much a target that it would have been if it was easily seen to be a command vehicle. Soon after it came onto the battle field it halted and a small flag showed to indicate it was out of action, needed assistance and it was hoped that the enemy would find it of less interest to attack. Napoleon knew, as many did, that he fought only an active defensive push as refugees continued to flood to the Grand Sanctum. Safe Waygates, and Waygateways, had been appearing to allow big convoys to head straight into the growing supercity of every supercontinent. That is not the enemy one of Necrotropolis, the monstrous fortress supercity of the ShadowEmpire. In the far distance the enemy supercity was burning in places, was shimmering strangely as it was attacked on many supercontinents all at the same time. Two supersonic cruise-missiles shot overhead, flying low and following the contours of the landscape. One exploded as a necrolifen monster struck at it with a pulsing flame of energy. The other continued on its way as multiple purpose high velocity shells destroyed the dragon like monster. Green sparkling shimmering elemental creatures were saving as much of the dead-living things that could not save themselves, that could not be easily saved by other means. A trio of supersonic Hurricane Spitfires shot low overhead, already launching fire-and-forget smart-missiles. They were already starting to go into a sharp curving turn that would lead them away from Necrotropolis. To get any closer was to be destroyed for no real gain. Enemy artillery shells struck in the distance, causing explosions coloured dirt like, hurling debris up into the air. Heavy power armored infantry was well dug in their but was also unable to move forward. The StarMarshal focused on working out a way to get those units moving again so as to keep up pressure on the enemy field forces.
Maharg67
Zero [23][128] The CloneEmperor noted how the Eternal Warrior was now waging war as no less than five StarMarshals and as other entities. A big transformation had taken place and the Grand Sanctum was internally transformed to leave the Grand Imperial City as its core. Empress Lizbeth II came to him, having escaped from the ShadowImperial forces invading much of Kayriel, and brought with herself many people, much resources. She abdicated her throne and became the Imperial Queen of Kayriel of what was to become the Grand United Empire. In theory she would be led by the CloneEmpress and CloneEmperor; in practice she would be the steward of much powerful, wealth and influence under the rising, evolving, system of the Grand United Empire. More, and more, of the dead-living were going into the transforming process of becoming of the living. Many of the already living were transforming and a fair few of those were helping to safeguard those in crystaline capsules. The Multiple War of the living, undead, unlifen, necrolifen and dead-living was expanding steadily across the multiple supercontinents and other geographical areas even as the Painted Realm of Realms continued to transform. Despite the chaotic appearance of matters, a discernible pattern was forming. The ShadowEmpire was not winning any great conquest but neither was it losing as it managed to conquer, for itself, three great supercontinents that seemed almost made for them to occupy. Were they somehow being bought off as part all of the changes? Those three supercontinents were not being absorbed by the Grand Sanctum so what would they become part of? The ShadowEmpire began to lose on other supercontinents and had not even come close to invading others. A few supercontinents, and other zones of the Realm of Realms, always remained peaceful or at least largely so. The DivineDaedrica absorbed all that remained of Divinities and Daedra, in the Realm of Realms, and transformed them but did so with surprising ease and no real resistance from the transformed. The DivineDaedrica became linked with the destiny of the Grand United Empire. Matters, for the Painted Realm of Realms, were not coming to an end but only changing to prepare for a whole new stage of history, of struggles. Maharg67
Three 17.1[29][129] Eternal Warrior StarMajor Zanders led the strikeforce of hero demigods, Bladers, and others through the transforming realm that had lost its old identity, had gained no new one. So far they had picked off five small armies of the powerful necrolifen serving the ShadowEmpire; they were new kinds, changed from the old and made more deadly, and they were the shadowlifen. The shapeshifting shadowlifen came in large-heavy, mediate-medium and small-light forms with there being least of the first and most of the last. Zanders, in his magical power armour, fired off his magical pyrokinetic projectile weapon that was named a handcannon, and blasted down two stomping big shadowlifen. The shell exploded elemental flames and blasting force energies, knocking down also a swarm of smaller flying shadowlifen who had shapeshifted to sprout wings. Zanders sought more than to sweep away local ShadowImperial Forces. Even as his forces moved around him, smashing hard against the enemy, he noted amongst the grassy hills ahead an odd little house shaped like a shoe. Around it clustered tough looking child figures armed with bizarre shoe-horn like weapons. It was Zander's task to help protect the shoe, the 'woman' who lived there and her 'children'. They were more than they seemed and they existed to make sure that the Eternal Guardian gained access to a very special, disturbing, realm so that the real Great Enemy, the Greater Enemy, the Eternal Enemy, could be dealt with at least this time around. Zanders 'sensed' it when the enemy forces began to withdraw, as they received orders to do so as the ShadowEmpire realized it had nothing further to gain by being in that place. It was a mistake on the behalf of the arrogant ShadowImperium but one that the Eternal Warrior was pleased to see happen.
Maharg67
Three 18.1[30][130] It was strangely quiet as the Eternal One made her-his-its way across an almost formless landscape that had once been part of the magically painted Tamriel. Time itself had distorted so that much time had passed in some places and little time had passed in many places. The ShadowImperium had focused all ShadowImperial efforts on the three supercontinents that had become the ShadowContinents of the ShadowRealm. The ShadowRealm was part of the new Grand Realm but was not part of the Grand Sanctum. The moons, and semimoons, were gone! Too late had the ShadowImperium realized that the trap that it had set had been turned against it though with out perfect results. All, of the ShadowEmpire, were now shadowlifen of the necrolifen. There were no death-living for them to feed upon but the ShadowImperium were angry and sought revenge despite not been able to use the dead-living to gain more energies. The Eternal One halted now and then to divine magically paint a rainbow-vine or a glowing bouncy super sized rabbit or something else. She-he-it was having fun but was also helping the Eternal Guardian in a way hard to explain, hard to understand, but that was of no concern. Great mushroom-trees blossomed upwards and thousands of naked children frollicked with small, cute, furry animals. Yet there also rose mighty griffins, gargoyles, dragons and other creatures to protect the new realm and those of that realm that would become another aspect of the True Eternal Homeland. Even the True Eternals had need, want, for such a place. Reproductions of thirteen teen-adults stood on a hill with sad smiles and sad sleepy eyes. From them had risen the True Eternals, the True Eternia, and much else including the real Mundus and even the unfortunate False Eternals. The Eternal One painted for them comfortable recliner armchairs and a great big 3DTV for them to watch and soon the painted reproduction teen-adults were quietly enjoying both. Maharg67
Three 19.1[31][131] Lucky Eddie, of the Eternal Seeker, returned his Blader and catdog companions to the Grand Imperial City even as it continued to transform. Then he, using the special abilities of the Eternal Seeker, traveled onwards alone! Out of mid air he fell onto damp muddy ground and there stood Jadekia and Shaekia, both of the Eternal Champion. A great plain stretched out in all directions and was nearly all of the same bland, damp, gray muddiness. Except that there stuck upwards great big metallic stone replicas of OldEarth famous landmarks; the Statue of Liberty, the Roman Colosseum (undamaged), the Great Pyramids of Egypt, the Ground to Orbit Skytower and many others. There were all thirteen great metallic stone statues of the teen-adults who were inside the ancient alien artifact, who were the core of an impossible reality, an existing contradiction that should not be able to do so. There was a sadness about it all and yet also a serenity. Floating, impossibly, high in the air were the metallic stone words that were somehow understand by all that saw them. They were: IT SEEMED LIKE A GOOD IDEA AT THE TIME: SORRY FOR ALL THE TROUBLE! Lucky Eddie stood up and sighed. He shimmered to gain divine magical power armor and related gear as Jadekia, and Shaekia, were wearing. "Just what they would say, if only they could, to the peoples of OldEarth. Just what could they say considering what happened?" Jadekia gave a half smile. "We come from them but I find them hard to comprehend in some way: they never seemed to have a 'sense' of responsibility. Yet our nature as True Eternals makes me biased, I admit it! We came from them, from what they did, but we are not them. It is time to go and be with the Eternal Guardians, to join their quest." They vanished with a sparkling shimmer. Maharg67
Three 20.1[32][132] Everything was sinking in stillness, of the Realm of Realms, of the Grand Sanctum, including the living. Awareness became semi-awareness at best. A kind of mind-body-spirit status swamped everything. It was necessary as being the final cure to the unstable madness of the creation of the Painted Realm of Realms. An ancient evil plot had been thwarted, though not totally defeated, and there would be a rebirth of sorts. Histories would restart. Many dark events would vanish as if they had never happened. The Eternal One moved in many places using divine magical paintbrushes but also divine magical art devices of other kinds. A touch up here, a touch up there, a larger correction here and so forth. The Eternal One cleansed away Necrotropolis from all but the three ShadowContinents. She-he-it stood on the top of a great mountain overlooking the new Painted Realm of DiviniaDaedris, as the home of the DivineDaedrica. It was the Northern Polar Region of the great new world of Arttros but it was also a series of transdimensional realms anchored to Arttros. The general physical region was known as Antarctros. There were thirteen Statue-Mountains, great copies of thirteen teen-adults that were in impressive hooded robetunics and carried, each, a great impressive ornamental quarterstaff. The butt of each staff was planted against the ground and each vertical staff was actually a useable building structure. Yet nothing was active there and the Eternal One doubted that even the DivineDaedrica would willingly go there. The Eternal One frowned softly, knowing fully well that what had really happened was that a great mess had been cleaned up enough so that 'higher celestial entities' could better understand what was really going on and what they could, should, do about it. Such entities went way beyond the awareness, power and wisdom of the True Eternius. The GodGoddess, of many names and faiths of the multiverse, was their mentor as were the Lords-Ladies of the Balances and others. There! There were stirrings a little in the very distant Southern Polar Region of Antortocros that the Eternal Seeker could perceive with concern though it was far from a surprise. False Eternals, of great power, were starting to come to their false version of life. The Painted Realm of Realms had suppressed them but they had to come forth so that the great crime could be resolved and the great criminal be discovered and be dealt with in a just fashion. The Eternal One had more preparations to make for what could be termed as a 'return to the future'.
