Just Cause 2 not to support XP.

I also missed my good old XP after I swapped for Win7, I even started a thread here, because I was so close to kick it way into last week.

After I got it configured, and I got used to it, I could not think about having XP back. Win7 is faster, is more stable, it has some nice new features. It is easier to overlook, when you get used to it. And ALL my games run smoothly on it. :D

and btw Vista s::cks :whistling:

Perhaps for you it is faster, more stable, and better in other ways that actually matter. From my experience with it, however, the only advantage* 7 offered was DX10+. For the time being I couldn't care less about DX10 or Win7, at least until some sort of killer app appears that I'd consider worth updating for.

Just Cause 2 is not that killer app. Maybe for some, not for me. I think the developers are making a mistake limiting their market like that. XP still has a huge installed base.

Maybe Fallout 5. 8)

*You see, for me, Win7 ran pretty much the same as XP on both my laptop and my desktop, providing absolutely no tangible benefit while being orders of magnitude more annoying. Admittedly I'm fairly picky and stubborn--but hey, I'm a neko. It goes with the territory

I laugh at all of the fools that refuse to use Windows 7. It's so much better than XP. XP is 9 years old. Get with the times, people.

Ok, I guess I'll have to start learning Linux.

I still remember people who stated that Vista was better than XP

I also remember the posts where they publically recanted

Nothing is more stable than XP. Never will be.

Thats the reason why I'll never switch to any other OS than XP unless I'm absolutely forced to. Even if that means restricted access to certain programs or games that will be released in the future.

and that leads to:

"Vista - God's Gift to Linux"

"Windows 7 - Son of Vista"
