OBSE Question

I know for Morrowind when you install Tribunal or Bloodmoon or even both that when you save a mod or make a new when it is installed even if the master file is not loaded it still requires it. With OBSE can I make mods with that does not use its functions and it will still require it?

How do you install OBSE in the CS. It will launch Oblivion and I tried to type a function and it never worked.

I have never heard of installing OBSE in the CS but these command lines will allow you to open the CS with OBSE

What file uses that scripting so I can type the commands? The picture

You type the command in the command prompt, thats not very clear i know but the only way i can find this under win7 is to click on the start icon in the task bar and in the search section i just type command and it directs me to the command prompt, a window like this should pop up if you find it.

There must be only one! ops... the same OBSE used to play is used with the CS, the obse_loader.exe with the parameter -editor starts the CS instead the game and hooks into the compiler so it's functions are recognized and accepted.

The easier way to launch the CS under OBSE is creating a shortcut to the program and puting the parameter in it's properties. So, create the shortcut, right click on it, click properties and add the "-editor" (without the quotes) after the obse_loader.exe already there.

About the OP's question, yes; obse can verify if a mod (what includes the official DLCs) are present and active. From that test you can program what your mod can do and use.

But to the extent of my knowledge, you can't use it to load extra stuff on fly or even if the engine allows it.
