Programme jerk

I have just loaded Windows 7, whilst Oblivion runs OK on it, when I am out in the open the play seems to stop for a moment. Apparently this seems to occur just as the game is loading a new section of map, is there anything I can do to either prevent it or reduce it?

I would suggest getting Streamline, OBSE with the Stutter Remover, and Polygone Overhaul. They have helped me a lot. Also there is a program called GameBooster, run it before you play any game. GameBooster shuts off everything you computer doesn't need to run while playing a game, and lets you load them back after you are done.

Thanks for the help, I've downloaded the 2.1 esp file, and will let you know how I get on wit it - I'll jut put another post on this thread unless you'd like a pm.

I have it loaded and activated, all the "jerks" at what appear to be new sections of the map have now disappeared, and it's back to the start when the game ran seamlessly. Thanks once again for your help, it's much appreciated.
