Very disrespectful question since no one here with common sense would doubt the huge benefits of the USKP and ignore the immense work creating it.

The changelog is on the mod's page. Maybe you should read such logs before doing threads like that.

If you think it's a load order problem (which it must be as there is nothing wrong with the Unofficial Skyrim Patches), I have two things to say.

First thing:

This is what the USKP people say your load order should look like:

Skyrim.esm
Update.esm
Unofficial Skyrim Patch.esp
Dawnguard.esm
Unofficial Dawnguard Patch.esp
Hearthfires.esm
Unofficial Hearthfire Patch.esp
Dragonborn.esm
Unofficial Dragonborn Patch.esp
[Other ESM Files]
HighResTexturePack01.esp
HighResTexturePack02.esp
HighResTexturePack03.esp
Unofficial High Resolution Patch.esp
[Other ESP Files]

Second thing:

If you have questions about where your "Other Plugins" go, you shouldn't. Use LOOT to sort your load order.

Get LOOT here:

http://loot.github.io/

Bonus help (because you may need it):

If you still are having issues, get TESVEdit, once it finishes running - you should be able to see what is causing the error. I've used it for troubleshooting on numerous occasions. If that doesn't work, I suggest going back to Vanilla Skyrim (by reinstalling it) and see if it wasn't just a borked install.

Link to TESVEdit:

http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/25859/?

Gopher (a prestigous modder in the community) has a video that discusses TESVEdits function, and how to use it. Plus, he goes into how to clean dirty edits if you're interested. I would reccomend watching his series on modding if you're interested in learning how to put mods in your game without making serious errors.

I can name two things the patch didn't touch. Number one the brawl bug. The one where you are supposed to fight someone hand to hand. They end up drawing their weapon and either killing you or the guards arrest-Kill you,Number 2 The follower bug. A follower mysteriously vanishes never to be seen again. Even" player.moveto<prid>" doesn't work. The game quits responding. I'll have respect for this patch when they address these problems.

Not quite sure how to look up your second problem, thus, cannot find if there is a current fix.

Notice that the unofficial patches come at the top of the load order. Changes made by mods loaded later can undo the fixes from the unofficial patches and create new problems, so just having the unofficial patches isn't going to magically make your game bug-free. You still have to think carefully about which other mods you use.

Use BOSS to sort your load order.

LOOT is the modern replacement for BOSS. (It even says to use LOOT on the page you linked.) The strategy used by BOSS to sort plugins for Oblivion simply can't handle the volume of mods for the newer games like Skyrim.

The unofficial patches only fix bugs that are part of the original game or the official DLCs. The "Brawl Bug" isn't really a bug in the game, it's a problem created by mods using area effect spells to locate and manipulate NPCs. Followers disappearing also seems to be a problem that only happens when other mods are installed.

Take note as to the age of the thread. Also, it still says BOSS on the page I linked. Either way, considering this thread has been necored once, I'll update my previous post, in the even it is necroed again. Hope that pleases you. :)
