Some forums not updating

I had a weird issue that just fixed itself. Two Fallout 3 Nexus forums - General Discussion and Technical Support - did not update with any new posts for me for 1 full week (since March 24th). I thought it strange that there were no new posts, but the other two forums I frequent were updated with new posts (the two mod forums). So I ignored the problem. But then, just a few minutes ago, I checked the forums again and there were several pages of new posts since the last time it updated for me. This must be a localized problem as the new posts spanned the days I was not getting them. But obviously, others were getting them. Has anyone else experienced this, or is it just me?

This problem still persist. It happen again today. Last night I had no updated forum threads (on the FO3 Discussion forum for example) for awhile and today I have a large list of them that stretch back a couple of days. Any word on this?

It is just you. It sounds like a caching issue to me; like your browser, a plugin or some software on your PC is caching the content on the forums and then not updating the cache with the new content. If it's the browser then usually ctrl+f5 will reload a page without using the cache.

Google Chrome and Opera tend to demonstrate this problem unless you configure it to not cache the Nexus sites...which is why I don't use those browsers anymore.
