DonnieBrasco453
http://i.imgur.com/F6HvaEQ.jpgIs anyone else having this strange glitch or issue or bug that when you approach an NPC holding a torch in first person, their arm will immediately drop, thus lowering the torch, and as soon as you step away, their arm holding the torch will suddenly go back to normal? I don't know if this is a glitch or bug or maybe something caused by a mod but i tried reinstalling and deactivating/activating any mods that may influence skeletons or NPC appearance or animation or anything of that nature but this strange issue still persists. It's not a necessarily game breaking bug though it is kind of an annoyance and immersion breaking. Is anyone else having this issue? The picture below illustrates what it normally looks, and the picture above shows what happens when i approach the NPC using the particular torch in first person mode. http://i.imgur.com/xeJEPDx.jpg Edited July 28, 2014 by DonnieBrasco453
Zombiefreak7783
When I had a similar glitch and found your post I was dreading that I wouldn't find an answer since yours hasn't been answered in awhile. Although I figured out the solution I believe with a little tinkering and felt the need to share it with you. Not sure if you found the solution or not but here goes. Whenever I ran fnis I always had one warning. Run fnis and just click the skeleton arm fix check box. That caused my warning to go away and fixed the glitch. Hope this helps and let me know if it worked. :) Edited February 26, 2015 by Zombiefreak7783

MotoSxorpio
If you have any animation mods, get FNIS...HERE. Run the FNIS executable according to description, check the top option in the FNIS generator GUI, arm fix or some such... EDIT: This is completely a guess, since no details of what kind of mods you have is available. ;) Good Luck, either way!
Kulharin
I am getting this now and running FNIS with the skeleton arm fix doesn't do anything. FNIS generates with no warnings or errors.
