Dark0ne
The file database is only for completed files, or alpha or beta releases of files. For WIP and recruitment you'll need to use the forums.
LHammonds
Pov already explained the main points. But typically, you upload project files to places like MediaFire.com and share the link with fellow developers if you want to keep the files from public view. You can create multiple WIP threads for more exposure...create one for each TES forum you find...example: A WIP thread here at the Nexus, one at the Official Forums, etc. I have a private developer forum to hold my files and I create my "master" WIP threads there...and then duplicate them to various fan sites. Example: Vvardenfell Glass WIP Thread (at my developer forum)Vvardenfell Glass WIP Thread (at Bethesda)Vvardenfell Glass WIP Thread (at TESNexus)Vvardenfell Glass WIP Thread (at Storm Raven Library) If at some point you want various people to BETA test your mod before you upload it to TESNexus, simply provide a link to download the BETA in your WIP thread...those following your thread will see and download it. Or you could tell people to seed you a PM if they want to be part of the BETA testers and you could privately send them a PM to download the mod.
