MidbossVyers
Well, as I said, different definitions of victory. Driving out the invading force during a defensive war is a victory for the defenders.

BalladOfTheBeloved
Both sides have their flawsThe empire tried to execute you, and are under the thumb of the dominion. The stormcloaks are like the dominion in that they dont like the foreign races, they oppress the argonians and dark elves in windhelm, and they have the same superior attitude. Â Â I tend to just ignore the war, or choose based on whomever I am roleplaying, if I choose at all. MidbossVyers
Well, first of all, that's only some Stormcloaks (in which case, some Legionnaires don't like beast races either, such as that Imperial Captain that orders your execution). Secondly, I bet dark elves can live in the murder house, if they wanted. It's just that no one wants to.

MidbossVyers
I was once a neutral who leaned toward the Empire, and then the real-life Empire supporters on YouTube and GameFAQs pushed me towards the Stormcloaks. Hyacathusarullistad
I was once a neutral who leaned toward the Empire, and then the real-life Empire supporters on YouTube and GameFAQs pushed me towards the Stormcloaks. The exact same thing happened to me, but in reverse. *shudder* YouTube. MidbossVyers
As I said, I'm neutral either way, so most of my elf characters join the Empire, while most of my human characters join the Stormcloaks (Bretons are kind of half-elves, so I have them go either way). I typically don't play as beast kin, but I did have 1 Khajiit. Again, Khajiits have no vested interests in either side, but this sexy piece of art certainly pushed it a certain way: http://ledius.deviantart.com/art/Khajiit-Stormcloak-rebel-287271300
najanaja73
doesn't matter. All you'll be doing is removing a boring cutscene later on anyway. And I think you lose the Delphine quest if you go as Imperial. I prefer Imperial cos I enjoy killing Stormcloaks.
