In a questionable situation which, by nature of the ridiculous rules of the US government pertaining to such things, is close enough to those sorts of legal offenses that could lead to this whole site being shut down. If you cannot tell the difference between a moderator doing what they have to do to ensure that the site remains active, and them killing someone...
