Did you limit your CPU to use only 2 cores?

Are you using the "Launch FOSE" option in NMM when you start the game?

Try moving FO3 Wanderers Edition - Main File.esp=1 above FO3 Wanderers Edition - Alternate Travel.esp=1 and let us know.

 

EDIT: Also move FO3 Wanderers Edition - Alternate Travel.esp=1 below FO3 Wanderers Edition - DLC Mothership Zeta.esp=1.

NMM wont allow me to move FO3 Wanderers Edition - Alternate Travel.esp=1 below the other files because it's file header marks it as a esm. And when I open FO3 edit to try to change it my plugins don't appear so I can't edit them. Any other suggestions? Also thanks to all of you for your help and responses!

Welp I'm outtie I don't use NMM I prefer FOMM and manually installing. But according to FWE page -

 

FO3 Wanderers Edition - Main File.esp

FO3 Wanderers Edition - DLC Anchorage.esp

FO3 Wanderers Edition - DLC The Pitt.esp

FO3 Wanderers Edition - DLC Broken Steel.esp

FO3 Wanderers Edition - DLC Point Lookout.esp

FO3 Wanderers Edition - DLC Mothership Zeta.esp

FO3 Wanderers Edition - Followers Enhanced.esp (Choose BS OR Non-BS Version) (OPTIONAL)

FO3 Wanderers Edition - OTHER OPTIONAL FWE MODULES

 

Good Luck, M48A5 is pretty good at helping with load order issues.

I just limited the CPU and used both "Launch FOSE" in NMM and a shortcut and the game crashed. Any more ideas? Should I just uninstall the game and mods and restart from scratch?

Don't bother with the alternate travel plugin. It really doesn't matters where it's located as long as it's anywhere below FWE's master file.

 

Does vanilla Fallout 3 run at all? Disable all plugins except for Fallout3.esm and try starting the game.

 

What version of Fallout 3 do you have? In what directory did you install it? Provide a full path, please.

Wanted to check something. You said the game ran on ultra before modding. How far in to the game play did you go?

Here's a fix you might try oddly enough it works for people who still have issues after limiting cpu and ini tweaks. It's another ini tweak open fallout.ini and delete these

 

SMainMenuMovieIntro=

SIntroSequence=
sIntroMovie=Fallout INTRO Vsk.bik

 

save and try launching with fose.
