Kinguin
I'm sorry if this is in the wrong forum, I am not as familiar with this website. My Fallout 3 mod Experience Control seems to have a problem, the description keeps getting cut off a quarter way through no matter how long it is. I have tried fixing it by adjusting the height of the mod page but that doesn't work, I was hoping someone could explain and help me repair it. Here is a link to my mod to better describe my problem: http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=10597 Again, sorry if this is in the wrong forum. LHammonds
Here is what I see. I do not see a problem with text cutting off as you have described: LHammonds Top Bottom EDIT: If you are using Firefox with the "NoScript" plugin, be sure to tell NoScript to allow scripts for the site or the JavaScript will not work and thus cause issues with you using the site. Kinguin
I use Internet Explorer 8, here is what I see: http://img714.imageshack.us/i/experiencecontroldescri.jpg/ I have never had this problem on Fallout 3 Nexus before, but as long as the mod users can see the full description I guess I can live with it. Thank you for posting the images.
LHammonds
I found the problem. In my 1st screenshot, you can see a funky character in there around the area that shows: Substitute ?1 That is the exact point where the page disappears in Internet Explorer (on my system as well). I edited your description and it showed the following: Substitute "01" So I thought it was a special quote character or something like that and deleted the characters and re-typed them but it made no difference. I changed the quote character to a bracket and that allowed IE to display the page. There seems to be a problem with how the Nexus displays a page with that combination of characters. I will have to get with Dark0ne in order to solve the problem but for now, it will work as long as the quotes are not used. LHammonds
